**What do you like best about Baxter?**

Having the patient's vital signs and other important information readily available in my Voalte app during calls with colleagues makes care coordination efficient. I can easily retrieve patient data and make decisions accordingly, which may lead to improved patient care.

**What do you dislike about Baxter?**

The Voalte Platform is encountering issues with inconsistent call connections. A persistent problem with network reception is hindering the capability to make or receive calls and messages.

**What problems is Baxter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Voalte Platform solves the problem of fragmented communication that takes place within healthcare teams. Using Voalte, I am able to message, call, or even do a video call with anyone within the platform.
