Powerful Personnel Planning with Endless Possibilities **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Anton B. | Application Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025 **What do you like best about ATOSS?** Lots of possibilities, powerful personnel planning capabilities (rosters in all shapes and sizes are quickly applied, holiday requests and preliminary requests can be made visible and planned for via scenario's) When you know the program you can add changes very quickly Qualification management **What do you dislike about ATOSS?** Doesn't look that exciting Only asynchronous planning possible (no live changes from colleagues visible) Limited in certain field lengths forces to create coded language Helpdesk not the best Users (planners) don't find it as user friendly **What problems is ATOSS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing the specific rosters and qualifications of our drivers needed for our operations to provide the customer with shifts containing truck trailer and driver ### 2. We have a lot of special cases that are covered. We like the real time update of the data from any part of the tool. Furthermore we enjoy the flexibility of parametrization and possibility to track and report almost anything. Finally we used the tool to track the time from our interims. **What do you dislike about ATOSS?** There are regular updates (yearly) that require preparation and pretty long testing phase to check all the masks. Furthermore, the self service isn't so easy to use especially in the translation between english and german.
