I love the part where we can customize the atomic cards and test in real time. "Action Flows" is another cool feature where based on user action on the card/response, we can send different cards.

Atomic's platform is constantly evolving to develop new features the drive value in our app and web platforms as a notification centre. The number of use cases we have for atomic are huge and we have been able to execute these throughout our products this year. However, my favourite part of working with Atomic.io is their teams support. The onboarding process was simple, weekly check ins with a support rep and a shared slack channel ensured we were never stuck and always got quick turn arounds on our questions.

The integration of atomic is relatively seemless and their willingness to integrate with SFMC enabled us to utilise it to the full potential easily.

Atomic.io is a powerful messaging platform with a very simple and accessible workbench. Non-technical users were able to set-up and confirgure dozens of messages in a short amount of time. Some UX features are not as customisable as we had hoped, for example currently no ability to use company icons, single card containers needed dev work arounds to create consolidated experiences where realestate was tight.
