"Action Flows" is another cool feature where based on user action on the card/response, we can send different cards. I also like that we can view different insights into customer interaction with card, whether it was clicked on or dismissed, viewed/snoozed. **What do you dislike about Atomic.io?** It can be sometimes difficult to manage a card which needs to be sent to users in different regions. **What problems is Atomic.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** We mainly use it to send push notifications to users. Also, we send actionable cards to users to perform certain actions on the app. ### 2. The number of use cases we have for Atomic is huge, and we have been able to execute these throughout our products this year. However, my favorite part of working with Atomic.io is their team's support. The onboarding process was simple, weekly check-ins with a support rep, and a shared Slack channel ensured we were never stuck and always got quick turnarounds on our questions. The integration of Atomic is relatively seamless, and their willingness to integrate with SFMC enabled us to utilize it to its full potential easily. We utilize Atomic daily during our peak campaign time, and weekly-monthly off-peak times. **What do you dislike about Atomic.io?** Atomic is a growing platform, meaning there are still some features missing from their product. However, their willingness to hear feedback and bring customers in early for demos and beta trials is brilliant! **What problems is Atomic.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Atomic is helping us engage registered fundraisers to get them off $0 and raise the average amount raised per fundraiser. They also provide us a platform to create cards for quick turnarounds to get actions from fundraisers without the need for developer intervention. ### 3. Non-technical users were able to set-up and configure dozens of messages in a short amount of time. Relatively straightforward for the technical team to integrate. Support is absolutely top notch. **What do you dislike about Atomic.io?** Still quite early with their analytics data and reporting capability. **What problems is Atomic.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's helping us to engage our fundraisers at the right time with highly personalized messages, directing them to the very next best step to take. ### 4. Team provide great, friendly service and dev support especially getting close to our go live. **What do you dislike about Atomic.io?** Some UX features are not as customizable as we had hoped, for example currently no ability to use company icons, single card containers needed dev workarounds to create consolidated experiences where real estate was tight.
