Logging all those hours for all the students. **What do you dislike about Apprentiscope?** I would like to see more directional tutorials. Like for example: (from the start of an open enrollment to the oral interview process, then to selecting from that group who gets accepted to the program, then we integrate the acceptance letter, then onto the orientation, and so on) **What problems is Apprentiscope solving and how is that benefiting you?** nothing that I can think about right now. ### 2. They are on the ball for ensuring they are exceeding customer expectations - putting requests on their road map for services provided. Our program's specific needs - roster creation, invoicing possibilities, certain user permissions, evaluation viewing. I understand that many of these needs would be provided in an LMS or SIS software program. Overall, more than satisfied with their service! **Recommendations to others considering Apprentiscope:** Call me, seriously! SO thankful for this solution of providing a complete system around apprenticeship management. I don't have the knowledge of coding for Google searching, but wish we would have found this over a year ago when I first brought the struggle of apprenticeship management to our organization's attention - was all previously organized through our storage base and Microsoft tools. I am excited about the time I will now have in growing our program rather than just being able to maintain it! **What problems is Apprentiscope solving and how is that benefiting you?** Again, where do I start... enrollment from start to finish for apprentice linemen completing our program - OJL hours, class years, evaluations, storing all contact information, documentation, reminders, the list goes on. ### 3.
