Process is entirely automated now and takes a fraction of the time. **What do you dislike about Appogee Leave?** Only negative so far was that it was NOT intuitive how to apply just a two-hour leave period (for a doctor appointment). Should a colleague require a holiday or leave or just a couple of hours for an appointment, it can all be taken care of. The fact it allows you to see remaining allowance as well as calculate absence is great. You can also allocate different types of leave depending on what's needed. It can also be synced with Google calendar making it easier for other members of the team to see when someone is away. The individual can also keep track of which days they've taken and what dates as well as the type of leave it was.
