What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

It's simplicity. Easily navigable. It's a solid solution if you're just looking for a basic ATS that is affordable and straightforward. Although not as advanced as some of the larger brand names, it's also not as daunting to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

It's missing a "lists" function--where you can dump certain types of candidates into a folder for future review. I create actual jobs that I keep inactive for use of this function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am not sure I understand the issue you are describing. I would suggest contacting our support team so we can assist you with the issue you have. We do offer an option to "return to the list", "next", and "previous" when reviewing candidate records.

"User Friendly Software"

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

ApplicantStack is very easy to use. I was able to navigate and learn the program without any formal training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

It would be great if they could incorporate a volunteer management section where I could enter and manage volunteer data like hours worked, activities, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Please contact support, I am thinking that you can capture the volunteer data in either a screener or feedback questionnaire, or create fields directly within the candidate record. This way, you can sort, search, and/or report on that data.

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

"Makes the search for new employees easier"

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

I like the ability to see all of the applicants for the position all at once and be able to make comparisons. I also like the ability to contact the applicants directly from the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review about ApplicantStack. We are thrilled that you find it easier to search for new employees and that you appreciate having everything in one place.

As far as the WPS format issue that you mentioned, you always have the ability to download the resume and view it that way. However, Microsoft Works (WPS format) has been abandoned and de-supported by Microsoft. The latest version was released in 2007. The WPS file format is very similar to the DOC format, it too is a text document and does not include advanced formatting options and macros that a Word document may contain. Most versions of Microsoft Word can open a WPS file, as well as Microsoft Publisher. We aren't planning to add this feature to ApplicantStack and we apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

it is user friendly - easy to know what to click on to get the intended page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

in the new version, on the right bar it is hard to tell it which category you want it in (recruiter review, interview, etc.) I usually had to click the top where it says to move forward or not and that required several clicks (I often jumped steps.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
