What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

That it post on other job boards and I can track the employees through the whole process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

It does allow a very easy application process for the applicant which is great and very important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

Lack of call in support

Lack of unified candidate profile so you have to read through every application to see the history with the company

No ability to opt in to a talent community

No ability to submit a resume for future openings

New interface doesn't allow you to see all of your openings at once and the headers don't scroll Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are happy to hear that ApplicantStack does make it easy for the applicant and that the tool is affordable.

Since this review is anonymous, I do not have a way of contacting you to get more information about the issue you described regarding the "unified candidate profile." I am not really sure what you mean by that. Can you please contact our support team?

We do not offer phone support (unless you have the enterprise plan). This allows for us to have multiple team members on a support ticket. Sometimes the question needs to go directly to the development team for input. By generating tickets it allows multiple teams to collaborate on the best solution and the best response to you as the user. We also want to make sure we have accountability on all issues. Our response rate is recorded. In addition, not having phone support keeps our product at a reasonable cost (which you mentioned is a plus).

I forwarded the other items on your list to our development team. We are always open to feedback and suggestions. We really take these very seriously. If you feel there are any other items that you would like to suggest, please create a ticket with your suggestions and we will forward to our development team.

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

Resumes are dated. When applicants apply. I can email them straight from website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

Doesn't appear to update if applicant gets the job. Not sure if it's the website or the agency using it, resumes need to be removed and/or categorized better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes questionnaires. keys, job posting don't copy over as seamless as possible. It is also difficult having to submit a change to the job board online on the 'ask me for help button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ApplicantStack:

Please make contacting you all easier than the button online. Maybe an email to users as to how to reach an account manager exec? Once or twice a year Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ApplicantStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

This is our ATS. We have an online database to access our applicants wherever/whenever Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am not exactly sure what you are describing as an issue. I believe it is using the copy and paste where it might change the formatting. That is why we recommend using the paste as plain text so that any formatting will be stripped out and then use the tools provided within ApplcinatStack to re-add the formatting. This is really the best way to ensure that your jobs will look good not only on the different job boards but also across platforms. If this isn't the issue or if you would like further information, please contact our support team and we would be happy to work with you.

We use our support button for all question as that the entire team can be involved when necessary. This is really the best way to reach any department within ApplicantStack.
