Easy access and use. The system was much easier to learn than I anticipated. In a very short time I found it much easier to use ApplicantStack than using folders and hand writing. I like that the applicant tracking system in terms of how an employer will know how many times an applicant has applied and when they applied. I like being able to type in a name in the search feature and it will allow me to find who I am looking for. I like being able to get emails every time someone applies.
