What do you like best about Applaud?

Applaud strikes a strong balance between guidance and flexibility. Employees are walked through key processes without feeling boxed in or overly restricted, and the AI assistant helps reduce uncertainty along the way. As a result, HR spends less time chasing updates and more time focusing on higher-value work. Our previous approach depended heavily on manual coordination, which wasn’t sustainable. Employees no longer feel like they’re submitting requests into a black hole. The AI assistant responds right away and helps guide them to the correct next step, which makes the whole process feel more transparent.
