The only improvement we can think of is around the analytics dashboard. **What problems is Applaud solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Applaud bots available to service anytime, employees are able to find answers to their queries quickly without any dependency and hence reducing the workload on HR and other teams. All the people services are now AI powered which simplifies and reduces the effort from the users to use any service. With Applaud, we get that unified experience and we do not have to use multiple systems to access our HR services. Applaud is used for a lot of self-service activities in the HR-domian around Oracle EBS HR functionalityies. **What do you dislike about Applaud?** The functionality for complex validation can be tough from a technical point of view. Workflow functionality is limited in some areas like forwarding. Form set up is somewhat limited like putting fields next to each other on 1 form. **What problems is Applaud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Set up of forms based on standard Oracle functionality moves really swiftly. Dealing with large numbers of workflow alerts is very easy. This allows us to handle high volumes of workflow deviations fast.
