I usually have to manually send a follow-up in order to get visibility into this. While this is a minor inconvenience, I prefer the Alyce email option compared to using a link in my email as Alyce has automated reminders and its format is more appealing. **What problems is Alyce by Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?** While I never try to use the value of a gift alone, offering a gift based on a prospect's interests or seasonal theme really increases the likelihood of getting a response and setting a meeting.
