I really love how Alyce by Sendoso makes gifting feel way more personal than just some random automated blast. The best part for me is that it gives the person I'm sending it to the power to choose what they actually want; if they don't like my first pick, they can just swap it for something else or even donate that money to a charity. Sendoso provides a marketplace for brands to gift across the globe but options are limited for many regions like middle east, india, south east asia. - Sendoso's marketplace listing are not kept upto date, even for top brands like Starbucks. Failure rate of redemption is quite high as the listings are no longer provided by the vendors.

- Many of our partners complained that they are unable to submit addresses and the platform throws an error, blocking them from redeeming

- This along with the UI only showing one image of every gift

- For regions like middle east, India, south east asia marketplace does not have latest vendors who are known as gifting partners and offer a wide variety of options

1. Puts the customer first. Allows customer to self-select their gift if they don't like the leading gift (or donate)

2. Robust reporting that allows you to see how gifting plays a part in the customer journey. You directly correlate spend to revenue and see which gifts, campaigns, teams or team members are driving the most success. Allows team leads to work with those struggling to see results thorugh gifting.

3. Global gifting - NAM, EMEA & APAC. Global GTM teams love it.

5. Alyce integrates with SF, Marketo, HubSpot, 6sense, Drift, and other common GTM tools for automating

I utilize Alyce with hot leads who ghost initial meetings/intro calls, warm leads who are hesitant about getting on a sales call or people with casual interest to push over the line from slightly interested to hopping on a call. Alyce is relatively easy to use, clean UI. I sometimes will use Alyce to thank a prospect for joining a call or connecting with me. Love Alyce! Cold outbound is a difficult enough. Being able to share a gift to grab someones attention sincerely helps. Propsects are grateful to receive it and sales representatives get the opportunity to network, dig into a targeted account, and get the organizations name to be top of mind. I've brought Alyce to 2 organizations and it's proven the value within the first 60 days with pipeline sourced and meetings booked. The beauty of the tool is not only the research & personalized gift options but that you can send to people internationally. We have multiple teams using it: customer success, inside sales, marketing, and channel. It's very easy to use and train people and keep track of results. I love that people have the power of choice too if they want to swap out the gift you've sent. I love Alyce! Makes prospecting easy and personal - incredible integration with Salesloft. Booked meeting with all sorts of people from around the globe using gifts ranging from Donations to Alcohol to Sports gear to Candles. My job as a BDR would be so much harder without it! Alyce has seriously leveled up our 1:1, 1:many, and prospecting gifting by making it easy to find and send a great gift. We love that users can get involved in the process by accepting a thoughtfully selected gift, exchanging for something perfect, or donating to the charity of their choice, which means we know we're spending in an efficient way. The user experience to send and receive gifts is easy, and users put in their own delivery address -- gone are the days of tracking down addresses and hoping to get lucky. Plus, our messages and landing pages are branded for our business and it's easy to send on behalf of another team member if needed. Alyce's client success and support teams are some of the most responsive and wonderful partners I've worked with. 9 times out of 10, when I have an issue or question, it's answered or resolved in 48 hours or less. And, my CSM (Atty) always has the best suggestions for trending, fun gifts or clever gifting messaging. Plus, we have access to robust analytics dashboards, downloadable reports, and valuable integrations, like Salesforce, to track the impact of our gifting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside is that Alyce currently doesn't offer a direct send product that meets our need when the team doesn't want a digital first touchpoint. There is no way to bypass the user workflow to send the gift directly (on the rare instances when you have the address) and have it arrive with context (a note, branding, etc.) I believe this is something they are actively working on though and I am excited to see what they come up with!
