# Improvement on research?

Will alyce be improving research on accounts to not so often come up with needs more info?

When Alyce says they need more information that is actually letting you know that the email address as well as the person no longer works at the company you might have on file. The only thing to do at that point would be to go to Linkedin and see if they have a new position, get their current email address and send a gift out manually
