Alyce will do the research on prospects for gift giving and it adds a great personalized touch. Another thing I love about Alyce is the gallery boxes, with the hand written letter. With everything going digital, I think it's a great touch point to separate yourselves from every other SDR. **What do you dislike about Alyce by Sendoso?** The Alyce extension has been an issue in the past. It does not auto-populate the contacts names within Salesforce. You have to manual enter all contact info each time you use the Alyce extension. **What problems is Alyce by Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?** The thing that has helped with Alyce is gaining prospects interest and finally getting a meeting. The AI will recommend gifts to send to prospects based on a variety of factors - all of which increase your chance of getting a response from them. The fact that we did not have to do any address validation ourselves is also a major benefit as that has been a major time-drain for me in previous roles. Giving the option to exchange gifts or donate the value of the gift to charity is also an awesome aspect of Alyce - I am really a big fan of the charity donation. **What do you dislike about Alyce by Sendoso?** While the AI is a great benefit and differentiation of Alyce, one area where I experienced some feedback was the packaging that Alyce uses to send out notes. Alyce sends out a card with a URL that links to the gift where the prospect can either accept, exchange, or donate the gift. This card comes in a box and some people were not happy with the packaging, as it seemed wasteful. **What problems is Alyce by Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem Alyce solves is standing out from the crowd. I was able to book many meetings with Alyce just because it was a different approach and the prospect appreciated the novelty of it. ### 23. I would prefer if there was a manual trigger that the rep had to click after the meeting occurs.
