It feels like trying to erase pen ink. -Being able to confirm active email addresses (before they bounce). Ease of integration with Outreach and Salesforce is a huge plus for my team. Love the variety of gifts that Alyce allows us to pick from. Only thing I dislike about Alyce is the inability to bulk create. Alyce is an incredible tool for connecting and engaging with prospects. It's something that I heavily rely on and it would take countless cold calls and emails without it. I would love automated follow-up options, currently, I follow up manually but that is the only thing I would change. The interface is not my favorite in our tech stack to use. We used to include an Alyce step in our email sequences, and it would bottle neck for reps. Our account management team uses Alyce to schedule calls with current customers and show them we care for them throughout the year (not just around the holidays). You NEED Alyce." 5/5 What do you like best about Alyce by Sendoso? Everything, seriously. Powerful gift personalization, gathering of contact intel, booking meetings, etc. I've also been able to save tons of money moving over to Alyce from competitor direct mail platforms that charged me upfront for inventory. Alyce charges me based on gift acceptances. I only pay for leads that convert! (In addition to platform fee, of course, but that is table stakes.) Our conversion rates have also tripled due to Alyce's amazing gifting personalization capabilities. Our CSM team is phenomenal at enabling our sellers to activate the right follow-ups in order to drive up engagements. We had used other DM platforms before to help the field self-serve, but they were just clunky. Alyce's tech is streamlined, making it easy for us to quickly send mailers out when we need to, without any hitches. The experience of receiving an Alyce mailer is super cool too. With Salesloft and other cadence building technologies, the messaging we create is centered around the alyce link. If the gift is expired, then all the messaging is off.
