I would also love to see some to see Alyce add some templates on messaging that they have seen success with. I've found great success in using their personalized gifting when it comes to mid-funnel deals (thank-yous, congrats, birthdays, get-well-soons). The gifts in their marketplace are unique but the best part is that your recipients actually get to walk away with whatever they are most excited about. **What do you dislike about Alyce by Sendoso?** No complaints on my end - Sometimes it can be tricky if you're looking for a specific gift but the team is constantly building and adding new gifts to the marketplace. They are constantly revamping the platform with new features and launching to items to stay up today with gifting trends. Navigating the platform is a breeze anyone can figure it out quickly which is really great for new employees or employees that are not techniqal savy. **What do you dislike about Alyce by Sendoso?** Alyce is a newer company but there would be no way to tell. They are very advanced in the gifting industry compared to other platforms out there. I have used many, and Alyce is the only one we continue to succeed with. However, there is a few features that need tweaking BUT the team is always looking to improve and is already working on fixing it before I even mentioned anything.
