I use Alyce several ways, and one of the most effective ways I use it is for prospects who tell me no. When they tell me no, I thank them for their time and send a tailored gift to them and have found several deals I've closed in 2022 are from those I sent a thank you and a gift to who came back to me and bought. I'd like to have more options and better insight into what the person might like based on the social engine and what it pulls in. I'm not sure this is super accurate. I wouldn't say that Alyce is solving a problem, it just adds an extra level of touch to provide to our prospects to drive engagement and gives us sales people a way to tailor a gift to differentiate. Alyce allows me to make a great impression on our prospects before I even meet them either virtually or in person. It builds credibility for the entire organization and proves that we are successful. The only thing I would change is possibly the length of time that the gift is available. I've found myself having to resend gifts to the same prospect at times due to expirations. It adds an extra level of personalization that you wouldn' t be able to get from a single email. It can also continue to build rapport at every step of the sales cycle. When I was BDR I used Alyce for over 60% of all meetings booked. I heard it is a lot more flexible than Postal, and provides a lot of better options. What do you dislike about Alyce by Sendoso? If there was an automated reminder service for Alyce after you send the initial gift that would be helpfull. There are some prospects that will asume it is spam, if they don't know what Alyce is. So everything has to be worded well. But the UI looks great and not at all risky. The benefits are that usually the prospect is happy to talk to you. Pipeline doubles if not tripples with Alyce. People are WAY more susceptible to a conversation with Alyce. As a BDR, having Alyce at my disposal has been invaluable. It is a great first-touch to break through the noise, or a great resource to leverage to thank prospects for their time. I've had multiple prospects ask about the tool and comment on the ease of use from the receiving end. It's integration with sales enablement tools allow for seamless follow up. 10/10 would highly recommend for any sales org. I like that prospects have the option to exchange or donate a gift - campaigns are also super customizable.
