"Safe Phased Onboarding and Multimodal Automation That Truly Delivers"
5/5
What do you like best about Aissist.io?

The phased deployment approach made onboarding feel safe for our frontline staff. Rather than forcing a switch to full automation overnight, we began in Auto-Draft mode, where the agent generated proposed replies and internal notes for human review. After our team confirmed that the multi-agent mesh stayed strictly within policy, we moved our high-volume ticket types into autonomous Auto-Pilot.

Its multimodal capability is what truly sets it apart from legacy text bots. A large share of our mobile inquiries come in as WhatsApp and Telegram voice messages or as attached billing screenshots. The system transcribes incoming audio, pulls out the core request, verifies user records, and then drafts a clear written resolution directly inside our primary helpdesk inbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aissist.io?

Latency can vary a bit during complex, multi-step workflows that involve third-party REST actions and audio transcriptions, especially compared with standard text lookups. Even though the final answers are consistently accurate and well grounded, it would be helpful to have more real-time status indicators in the live queue while specialist agents cross-check backend data. That added visibility would make it easier for managers to track queue progress during peak traffic spikes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Handles Repetitive Questions Seamlessly and Makes Agent Handoffs Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Aissist.io?

A large share of repetitive questions—order status, simple account updates, common how-to issues—now get handled in the flow without an agent rewriting the same answer again. When a handoff is needed, the context that comes along is usually complete enough that the agent does not start from zero. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aissist.io?

Results track the quality of the knowledge and rules behind it. When policies change and content lags, answers can drift until someone updates the source material. Keeping that current is ongoing work, not a one-time setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate, On-Brand AI Support That Cut Our Service Costs in Half"
5/5
What do you like best about Aissist.io?

The absolute best part about this software is how incredibly well it understands the actual meaning behind a customer's message, even if they use casual or slightly confusing language. It looks over our technical guides and responds accurately while maintaining our exact brand tone.

The pay-per-fix pricing structure is also a massive benefit for us; instead of paying a high, rigid monthly software fee, we are charged under a dollar for each successfully completed issue, which cut our overall customer service costs in half. Additionally, their data insights dashboard is excellent. It automatically clusters and reviews customer conversations to point out hidden product bugs and customer complaints that we used to miss entirely, helping us fix product issues much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aissist.io?

While the automation itself is highly dependable, the settings page where you configure and train the different digital assistants is incredibly complex and takes a good week of practice to fully get used to.

Also, if our technical team changes an internal policy on our website without documenting it right away, the AI can take a few chats to naturally learn the new rule on its own. When this happens, we have to go into the system and manually refresh its core logic rules to make sure it doesn't give out outdated information, which can be slightly tedious. "Streamlines Routine Work with Context-Aware Responses and Easy Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about Aissist.io?

The biggest benefit has been how much routine work it takes off the team. It keeps conversations moving without someone needing to monitor every interaction, and it usually picks up enough context to provide genuinely useful responses. Setup was relatively straightforward as well, so we were able to get started quickly without a long implementation process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aissist.io?

There’s still some tuning required to get the responses and workflows working exactly the way we want. I’d also like more flexibility in reporting, along with the ability to customise some of the metrics we use to measure performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"End-to-End Help Content Handling That Keeps Our Support Tone Consistent"
5/5
What do you like best about Aissist.io?

When the question is already covered by our help content, the agent handles it end-to-end instead of copying a canned reply from a doc. That frees people for contacts that actually need judgment, and the tone stays closer to how we already write than to a generic bot script. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aissist.io?

New promos or policy changes lag until someone updates the source material. If content is stale, answers are too. Ownership of knowledge updates has to be explicit or quality slips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Closes Routine Cases Autonomously, No Human Needed"
5/5
What do you like best about Aissist.io?

It can finish routine requests on its own instead of only suggesting a reply. For common process-driven questions, the agent checks what it needs, follows the right steps, and closes the case without pulling a person in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aissist.io?

When internal policies or product details change, the AI needs those updates reflected; otherwise, its answers can drift. Keeping its knowledge current is an ongoing responsibility, not a one-time setup, and it takes regular attention to stay aligned with what’s actually true. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth Handoffs That Help Agents Solve Issues Faster"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Aissist.io?

When a contact needs a person, the handoff usually includes what the customer already asked and what was tried. Agents spend less time re-collecting the same details and more time solving the actual issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aissist.io?

If the knowledge base lags behind a policy change, answers can be outdated until someone updates the source. Content ownership has to be clear or the automation drifts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast First-Contact Resolutions with Great Context Handoffs"
4/5
What do you like best about Aissist.io?

Simple requests often resolve in the first interaction, and when a person steps in, the thread usually already has the context. That cuts the “can you send that again?” loop that used to frustrate both sides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aissist.io?

Edge cases and brand-new policies need tight rules and fresh knowledge content. If those lag, answers weaken until someone updates the source material. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Fit with Our Helpdesk—AI Takes Care of Repetitive Tasks"
5/5
What do you like best about Aissist.io?

The ability to work alongside our existing helpdesk without changing our workflow. The AI handles repetitive tasks while our agents step in only when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aissist.io?

The analytics are already useful, but I’d really appreciate a few more customizable report options for executive dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
