What do you like best about AiSensy?

AiSensy is a user-friendly and intuitive platform that makes business communication smooth and effective. The interface is clean and very easy to navigate, which helped me get started quickly without much technical support. What do you dislike about AiSensy?

There are a few areas where AiSensy could improve. Adding the flexibility to add, edit, or delete empty projects would make workflow management much smoother. Also, having 24/7 customer support would be a big advantage for businesses that operate round the clock. These improvements would take the platform to the next level. AiSensy provides a reliable way to streamline customer communication and ensures messages are delivered effectively.
