"The best noise remover I've come across!"

What do you like best about ai-coustics?

To test this tool I used an voice memo recording on my phone, where I was humming lyrics while a drum beat was playing in the background, and the result was immaculate. In the recording my voice was barely audible, in the output, there is literally just my voice. It is as just uploading the audio, and it does the job. I have tried many noise suppressors in the market, but nothing ever worked this well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ai-coustics?

"Amazing tool for video production"

What do you like best about ai-coustics?

The audio cleanup is a life saver!

It really makes the voice of people I record pop, whatever the conditions.

The video file support makes it easy and quick to enhance my audio directly from recordings.

I use it whenever I'm not happy with clarity of voice in clips or the amount of background noise - instead of spending long time tweaking the audio myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ai-coustics?

"Not impressed - Can't download processed files - Service not response - Cancel subscrip. difficult"

What do you like best about ai-coustics?

So far: nothing. The advertised service does not work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ai-coustics?

I bought a subscription and uploaded a 45 minute audio. The audio got processed and I could listen to the processed version. So far, so good. Downloading the file always aborted with an error message that the mixed file could not be created.

I wrote to their team but had no response for three days now. Also tried to cancel the subscription which either can not be done on their website or I am too stupid to find it. So I had to go to their payment processior and try my luck there …

Overall: While the idea of the service seems great, the outcome is far from it.

For the time being my recommendation is: Avoid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding the file download issue, it’s good to know that the enhancement process worked and you could listen to the file. The problem you encountered with the download could be due to browser settings (like blocked pop-ups). If you're still facing difficulties with downloading, please feel free to contact us directly so we can assist you in resolving this promptly.

In terms of your subscription, you can cancel directly through the payment portal (LemonSqueezy), but if it’s easier, just share your email with us and we’ll take care of it for you. While account deletion is currently handled by request, we’re working on making that easier in the future as we grow. Thank you for highlighting this issue, we’ll make the information more accessible moving forward.

You should have already received a response to the email we received, which was forwarded to us by our payment provider, though unfortunately, it reached us with a delay. "Ai-coustics did a wonderful job"

Uploaded my 20-minute file for my 1h/month plan. It did not process at all and used up my full 1h processing time for no apparent reason. The support was not able to respond to my inquiry at all. Horrible product, and horrible support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ai-coustics?

The use of deep learning to enhance audio works very well. It's intuitive and therefore easy to use.The output is easy to access and download. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ai-coustics?

It doesn't give the user an option to vary the level of enhancement needed in the audio, apart from the default 3 levels. If it could allow only the background noise, that would be a good feature to have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
