I’ve been using Ableton Live Suite for electronic music production and sound design, and the biggest strength for me is the workflow speed and flexibility. The rack system makes it easy to build reusable effect chains, save presets, and experiment quickly without breaking creative flow. I also like Session View and the smooth integration with VST plugins and Max for Live devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The piano roll and MIDI editing can still feel a bit clunky for detailed composition work compared to some other DAWs. Live 12’s built-in stem separation is useful for quick remixing and idea generation, but the quality is still inconsistent for professional use. Pricing can also feel expensive for independent producers or students. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
