# Which iPaaS platforms are most trusted by integration engineers based on user reviews?

Oh for engineers doing serious integration work, Jitterbit and Boomi are the two names that come up most, both well-rated and widely used for connecting complex systems (ERP, CRM, databases) with real transformation logic, not just simple triggers. SnapLogic is another well-regarded, more modern platform that engineers like for its visual pipeline design plus AI-assisted integration building. IBM App Connect is solid if you're already in an IBM-heavy enterprise stack. Zapier is worth mentioning too, but it's really aimed at business users doing lighter app-to-app automation rather than deep engineering-grade integration, so if the person asking is a true integration engineer, they'll likely outgrow it fast. To be real, "trusted by engineers" usually means good error handling, logging, and debugging tools, not just a slick UI, so I'd pressure-test that in a trial. Are you integrating simple SaaS apps, or complex on-prem and enterprise systems? That's the real fork between Zapier-tier and Boomi/Jitterbit-tier tools.
