## About ADDA GATEKEEPER
ADDA Gatekeeper is a comprehensive visitor management software solution designed to streamline and automate visitor, parcel and staff management processes for residential and commercial communities. Keeping a log of the visitors, parcels collected can be of immense help during any incident investigation. Also with ADDA Gatekeeper being used at the manned or unmanned gates of the Community can bring it Online, which opens up immense possibilities. Residents get a live view of Visitor Log, and receive Visitor Notifications. For any parcel left by delivery personnel at your parcel collection desk, residents get a notification. These parcels can be picked up later at the convenience of the residents. Residents are also able to welcome guests by pre-enter ing them as Expected Visitors and sharing invites with them. The benefits are many. The HOA Board members and Community Managers are able to view reports related to visitors, parcels left uncollected, etc. along with Incident Investigation Reports from the Admin portals and Apps. The ADDA GateKeeper product is designed to work across different devices - phones, desktop systems or laptops, depending on the infrastructure at the Community’s gate. ADDA GateKeeper is a Visitor, Staff and Parcel management system completely integrated with ADDA’s communication, management and accounting modules. ADDA provides a single Comprehensive platform for everything a residential community or HOA needs. With standalone softwares, the Community has to maintain multiple Residents databases. With constantly changing Tenants and also Owners, this becomes a herculean task for the Manager/MC and eventually causes failure of initiative and loss of money invested in Standalone Apps.

**What do you like best about ADDA GATEKEEPER?**

Gatekeeper is an app that is easy to use for both end user as well as per the security at the gate. The feature to approve the guests is a nice upgrade.
The features are getting updated regularly.

Needs more features to be added in timely manner
