We had an issue when upgrading our Adaptiva, submitted a support ticket, described what we did, a couple of screenshots showing the error and uploaded 2 logs. Adaptiva support got back to us within 30mins and pinpointed where it went wrong, we changed the database compatibility level then voila upgrade went through successfully. We just had a ser A with Microsoft, it was with our sccm service, and it was again database related, it took Microsoft supports (3 different groups of support) over one week to provide us the recommended configurations, and 1 setting in their recommended configurations did the trick, it was a guesswork. Adaptiva is very easy to maintain as well, pretty much set and forget. I won't hesitate to recommend Adaptiva, with the level of support and technical skills they provide, you can't go wrong. **What do you dislike about Adaptiva?** The UI of their workbench is a bit outdated now. **What problems is Adaptiva solving and how is that benefiting you?** Some locations we support only have limited number of users/customers and they don't normally have robust network connections back to our DC where our SCCM DPs are located, those locations are not big enough to have a dedicated DP. Here is where Adaptiva comes in, We use adaptiva to manage these remote clients, with deployments device rebuilds, it has being performing seamlessly for years. ### 4. In our environment we have recently enabled the byte level patching so now the larger files also downloaded on user machines without any interruptions. And we got 24/7 customer Support if any issues on our environment. **What do you dislike about Adaptiva?** The one thing has noticed the blob level creation has occupied more space on user machines. Since the size of the updates are larger the updates are failed with download. As for the product itself, it is very easy to implement and to use, you can see a real benefit in a matter of days usually, every customer I have recommended this too have been very impressed by it. It compliments SCCM incredibly well and to me feels like a missing feature that it always should have had. And with download failure, we can review logs and can find the issue very easily. **What do you dislike about Adaptiva?** Difficult to find the issue is with Adaptiva or SCCM. Have to review both the logs. And sometimes content get corrupted and we have republish it again. **What problems is Adaptiva solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reduced our Distribution points, helped in Network traffic this helped in our Compliance percentage increase. ### 22. The product does what it says on the box and very well. **What problems is Adaptiva solving and how is that benefiting you?** Peer to peer content distribution, which is bandwidth aware.
