What do you like best about Adaptiva?

1. Automatically prioritizes and deploys patches based on real-time risk, reducing manual effort.

2. Covers over 20,000 products, including third-party applications and OS updates.

3. Minimizes network load by leveraging Peer-to-Peer Distribution.

4. Successful deployments across varied hardware and OS configurations, including Windows 10/11 devices.

What do you dislike about Adaptiva?

1. KB articles and training materials are not available publicly, until and unless we are logged into Adaptiva Support Portal.

What do you like best about Adaptiva?

We have been working with Adaptiva for close to 10 years now. We mainly use them for our peer-to-peer distribution of applications, PXE boot, and now even patch management, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Adaptiva's solutions have significantly streamlined our processes, making our digital workplace more efficient and reliable.

Since our company is spread across the globe, their peer-to-peer distribution technology has drastically reduced the load on our network, ensuring that applications are delivered swiftly and seamlessly to all our endpoints. The PXE boot functionality has simplified our device provisioning, allowing us to deploy new systems with ease and minimal downtime.

Sort of recently, we integrated Adaptiva's patch management solution, and it has been a game-changer. Keeping our systems up-to-date and secure has never been easier. The automation and precision of their patch management have given us peace of mind, knowing that our infrastructure is protected against vulnerabilities.

Adaptiva's support team deserves special mention for their responsiveness and expertise. They have been incredibly helpful in addressing any queries or issues we encountered, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of their solutions. What's even more impressive is the swiftness in the response, usually in a matter of hours we get a response. Very impressive!

What do you like best about Adaptiva?

The support Adaptiva provides is superb, they really know their products. We had an issue when upgrading our Adaptiva, submitted a support ticket, described what we did, a couple of screenshots showing the error and uploaded 2 logs. Adaptiva support got back to us within 30mins and pinpointed where it went wrong, we changed the database compatibility level then voila upgrade went through successfully. We just had a ser A with Microsoft, it was with our sccm service, and it was again database related, it took Microsoft supports (3 different groups of support) over one week to provide us the recommended configurations, and 1 setting in their recommended configurations did the trick, it was a guesswork.

Adaptiva is very easy to maintain as well, pretty much set and forget.

I won't hesitate to recommend Adaptiva, with the level of support and technical skills they provide, you can't go wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Adaptiva?

On my experience, it is easy to integrate Adaptiva than having a SCCM DP for low network site. Its peer to peer behavior is really helpful for sites which are having low bandwidth.

In our environment we have recently enabled the byte level patching so now the larger files also downloaded on user machines without any interruptions. And we got 24/7 customer Support if any issues on our environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptiva?

The one thing has noticed the blob level creation has occupied more space on user machines. And also, if any issues we need to dependent on Support team only we did not find any articles how to proceed with issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Adaptiva?

I like how the support team typically answer my queries within minutes, they are all very knowledgeable and friendly, having used the product for years at this point across various customers i feel like i know them all and feel very supported by them. As for the product itself, it is very easy to implement and to use, you can see a real benefit in a matter of days usually, every customer I have recommended this too have been very impressed by it. It compliments SCCM incredibly well and to me feels like a missing feature that it always should have had.

Lastly the granularity afforded by the product is excellent, I can configure and tweak every aspect of the system and product, it is an incredibly powerful tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Adaptiva?

Adaptiva has been instrumental in streamlining our SCCM environment, especially for a small team like ours. As a two-member operation managing SCCM, Intune, and various third-party tools across over 5,000 clients—while juggling meetings and supporting end users—we don’t have much time to spare. Adaptiva simplifies PXE configuration across multiple office locations and removes the need to manage numerous distribution points, significantly reducing our workload. Their support is outstanding—responsive, knowledgeable, and always collaborative. One notable example was during our SCCM server migration: Adaptiva provided clear guidance and ready-to-use workflows that made the entire process seamless and efficient. OneSite Patch has elevated our approach to third-party application management.

With a setup capable of managing over 20,000 clients, the fully automated patching process—driven by CVE severity ratings—requires no user intervention. As a result, we've seen a significant reduction in zero-day vulnerabilities and overall CVE exposure.

The platform has also streamlined our packaging workflows, cutting both engineering time and associated costs for deploying and managing applications.

The pricing is a little expensive especially if you are not considering the latest Adaptiva product OneSite Patch which is now advertised.

I’ve had extensive hands-on experience with Adaptiva OneSite, and it has proven to be a game-changer in our endpoint management strategy. The product’s peer-to-peer content distribution model is particularly effective in our globally distributed environment, where network constraints can often hinder large-scale software deployments.

Adaptiva ability to deliver content efficiently—even in regions with high latency—has significantly reduced our dependency on traditional distribution points. We’ve seen near 100% throughput without impacting other network traffic, which is a major win for our infrastructure
