Ackroo has become a large company buying up small businesses, jacking up the price and provide little service. **What do you dislike about Ackroo?** Ackroo just acquired software that I have been using for years. I used to call in for support and sometimes I would have to wait a bit on hold but the problem was always resolved the same day by a technician. After Ackroo acquired the software they changed the Support process. you can no longer call in. You have to send an email to support@ackroo.com. You would be lucky to have someone respond back within the week. Your whole system could be down and they don't seem to care. And guess what you now pay more for the software since they acquired it. So now you pay more for your software with no support. **Recommendations to others considering Ackroo:** Do not buy! **What problems is Ackroo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Unfortunately, Ackroo has added to my problems. The integration and analytical reporting is second to none. Everyone I have dealt with at Ackroo has been very attentive and take the time to understand my space right from my first reach out to ongoing product assistance. **What do you dislike about Ackroo?** At this time I don't have any dislikes from using their platforms. **Recommendations to others considering Ackroo:** Take the time to reach out and see what they offer. **What problems is Ackroo solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem was finding a loyalty rewards program that integrated with what we were currently using.
