Not a whole lot! Ackroo has become a large company buying up small businesses, jacking up the price and provide little service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ackroo just acquired software that I have been using for years. I used to call in for support and sometimes I would have to wait a bit on hold but the problem was always resolved the same day by a technician. After Ackroo acquired the software they changed the Support process. you can no longer call in. You have to send an email to support@ackroo.com. You would be lucky to have someone respond back within the week. Your whole system could be down and they don't seem to care. And guess what you now pay more for the software since they acquired it.
