**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I am still incredibly happy with Zapier, and they have certainly improved the integrations. Zapier Copilot is what we use most. No more sifting through emails manually and answering tedious quote requests; everything gets done for you. You just set the rules, the do's and don'ts. It connects seamlessly to all the apps our team uses: Gmail, Drive, Google Calendar, Sheets, Forms, Docs, and Stripe, and best of all, Zapier connects to ChatGPT and thousands of more apps.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

I still have a bit of an issue with the cost, but it can actually be worth it when you realise the hours you gain from all the automated workflows. Once you have the hang of it, it's pretty impressive.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The AI Workflows feature enables the creation of advanced automations using logic, filters, and multi-step actions. For example, you can set up autonomous agents that react to specific triggers and carry out tasks—such as automatically sending an email with our price catalog and notifying me whenever a quote request form is submitted on our website. This has proven to be a significant time saver. Additionally, it's possible to build internal tools and dashboards without any coding, allowing for collaborative planning and visualization of automations. Most importantly, the platform offers secure and compliant automation, making it suitable for large teams.

  ### 2. Still solid for connecting apps now even better with AI-powered automation

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

One thing new I have started liking about Zapier is its AI features like Copilot and Zapier Agents. Copilot lets you just describe what you want in plain language, and it builds the automation for you. Zapier Agents go a step further and can handle multi-step tasks on their own without me setting up every single step manually. This has made building and managing automations much faster and easier than before.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

One thing I feel Zapier can improve is handling more complex logic, like loops or advanced branching, which sometimes needs workarounds or extra steps to set up. Apart from that, it works well for my day-to-day use and I haven't faced any major issues.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier helps to automate my Facebook Ads workflow, capturing leads, transferring data, and tracking campaign performance. It also provides me a real-time insight. With the help of Zapier, I optimize my ads, save time, and focus on other tasks for marketing.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Zapier remains a key tool for connecting different platforms and automating processes without relying on complex developments. I increasingly value the ease of building flows between CRM, forms, email, databases, and other tools we use in operations. I also find Zapier's evolution towards artificial intelligence and the possibility of incorporating more advanced agents and automations within business processes very interesting.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

My main opportunity for improvement remains the price, especially for companies in Latin America. When processes begin to scale, task consumption increases rapidly, and the cost can become a limitation for automating more areas of the company. It would be very valuable to have more competitive pricing plans or schemes for emerging markets and for users who handle a high volume of automations.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier has allowed me to automate processes between platforms that previously required manual intervention, eliminating human errors and saving countless operational hours. In my company, we use it to integrate accounting systems, CRM, payment platforms, and marketing tools, creating a continuous and reliable flow of information. In practice, this translates into more efficiency, fewer dependencies on the technical team, and a much more agile and scalable operation. Zapier literally connects the pieces of the digital business without the need for programming.

  ### 4. Zapier Makes Automations Effortless with Thousands of Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diego P. | VP of Engineering, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Zapier has been a hero for many automations that I had to build to remove toil in software development teams. It has served me well over time with things like syncing project management tools with code repositories, sending reminders to Slack with informed data from databases and email, sending notifications when updates happen in third-party providers, and, more recently, building agents to optimize daily operations in different areas of the business. What I like best is the thousands of integrations they have; even if a platform is very niche, you can integrate it with generic nodes like an HTTP request. On the other hand, something I love is the user experience: really easy to use without a lot of knowledge, even in the first interaction with the platform, easy to get started; being able to execute step by step, debug the data, and have real data in each step to emulate and play with to get the result you are looking for is something that I find really valuable.

Finally, my next step is to start using the MCP. I heard many good comments, but it's something I haven't used yet, but it will be in the next couple of weeks

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

The operators to modify data or flows are not very obvious. For example, to map data in a certain format, there are nodes that help you do it pretty easily, but you can't find them by name. I usually implement scripts with JS or Python code to fix my data, but later I notice that it is much simpler to do it with a simple node that already does it for me. Also, when I tried to get support, it was really hard to explain the issue due to the nature of the problem, and I had to iterate on it a lot to explain myself. This is not a platform problem, is more like a user experience issue where the tools are already available but are not obvious to you

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many problems.
- Reduce toil in operations company-wide.
- Automate manual processes.
- Get notifications for different third-party connections and specific use cases
- Provide a tool for people to create agents without engineering knowledge
- Will serve as my main MCP to connect with many integrations that I don't want to build from scratch for the core agents of the business

  ### 5. Simple, Intuitive Automations with Zapier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

What I love most about Zapier is how easy it makes it to create automations. I also really like its databases, and I’ve tried the MCP as well—it’s been incredible. I’ve experimented with other automation platforms, but Zapier is always the one I come back to because it feels so simple and intuitive to use. Overall, it’s genuinely amazing.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

The one thing I’m not a huge fan of is the pricing model, especially how usage is calculated based on each step. With our current plan, we don’t usually use up all of our monthly usage, but knowing that every additional step counts sometimes makes us hesitate before creating a new flow. I’d personally prefer a pricing model that gives us a bit more freedom to experiment and build automations without having to think as much about usage.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re a no-code company, and while our developers know how to code, building every integration from scratch would take a significant amount of time, especially given the number of websites we launch. Zapier solves this by giving us native integrations that are quick to set up and work reliably. It saves us a huge amount of development time and eliminates many of the connections we would otherwise have to build step by step ourselves.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Started using Zapier's AI Agents for Business Operations to help automate parts of our Salesforce-SendGrid workflow monitoring - it's been a useful addition on top of the core Zaps we already had running.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

Same issue as before - the trigger still doesn't fire reliably when filtering on a specific field value, and it fails silently with no error message. I'm still using the workaround I found, but better error handling here would help a lot. Apart from that, it continues to work well.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So I have to send an email to the user on a particular event using SendGrid so I have used zapier to connect them and it worked as expected so zapier got the work done perfectly. there is some issues but eventually, by an alternate way, I am able to send the emails.

  ### 7. Easy Workflow Automation That Saves Hours and Stress.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

What I find that works best for myself is that it was easy to learn the basics of connecting tools and automating my workflow. I am able to automate marketing through a few platforms such as Facebook and Gmail. The interface saves me hours, if not weeks, worth of workflows. One unexpected benefit was that I'm not bombarded with ads, which is very nice and helps me focus on the task. This is by far the best outcome one could want or need when implementing this type of software.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

It took a bit longer than expected to learn how the whole automation tasks actually work, but overall I caught on quicker than if I didn't have Zapier.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time consumption is the problem it solves big time.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I didn’t have to spend weeks designing complicated workflows. My first Zap took less than fifteen minutes to set up, and from that moment it started eliminating manual tasks we were doing every day. We had several processes that weren’t particularly difficult, just repetitive. With Zapier, we connected everything and the whole workflow became automatic. Processes that required multiple human actions now happen in seconds, and more importantly, the interface is user-friendly. The Trigger → Action logic is so straightforward that even people without a technical background can pick it up quickly. What surprised me even more is how much the platform has evolved over the years. What started as a simple automation tool now includes Tables, Interfaces, Canvas, Chatbots, AI Agents, and Copilot.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

Zapier feels like a bargain because you're only automating a few things here and there. Then a couple of months go by, you check your usage, and suddenly you realize your automations have been working a lot harder than you thought. I still remember looking at my task count one month and thinking, "Wait... did all of these really run?" The good news is that it usually means the automations are doing their job. The bad news is that your bill tends to notice it too.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Every time we closed a sale, someone had to update the CRM, create a project folder, notify the responsible team, generate an initial task, and log everything in a tracking spreadsheet. None of those actions took much time on their own, but together they added up to several hours every week. Even worse, mistakes happened all the time because there was always some step that somebody forgot. We decided to automate that entire workflow with Zapier, and the change was immediate. Now, when an opportunity moves to "won," everything happens automatically within seconds. Records are created, tasks are assigned, the right people are notified, and information stays synchronized across platforms. There was even a week when several team members were on vacation, and normally that would have caused chaos because certain processes depended heavily on specific people. But most of our workflows were already automated. The interesting part was that we barely noticed they were gone. Leads still reached the right people, reports kept being generated, and notifications continued going out. That was the first time I realized automation isn’t just about saving time, it also removes invisible dependencies you don’t even know exist until someone is suddenly unavailable.

  ### 9. Zapier as the most complete integration and automation system that connects to most app.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I like the new Zapier Canvas, AI-powered automation development where I can build the whole process by prompting in a human language. It can also troubleshoot by just asking its own AI.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

The free account has limitations on actions and triggers. The paid account has limitation of number of tasks based on your plan, though it resets every month. I think Zapier has to think of its rivals and competitions pricing and the rest of AI tools that can now automate a lot of things.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration and syncing of most business tools like CRMs, spreadsheets, Xero invoicing, Pandadoc proposals. It helps us connect our processes and automate manual work.

  ### 10. Easy to Use with a Huge Range of Integrations

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

What I like best about Zapier is how easy it is to connect different platforms and automate workflows without needing custom development. We use it to connect marketing tools, CRMs, AI agents, lead generation systems, and communication channels, which saves a significant amount of time and reduces manual work. The large number of integrations and the reliability of the automations make it an essential part of our operations.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

The main drawback for us is the pricing. As our automation volume grows, the costs can increase quite quickly, especially for businesses managing multiple clients and complex workflows. With more competitors entering the market and offering similar capabilities at lower price points, it would be great to see Zapier introduce more competitive pricing tiers or higher task limits within existing plans. The platform itself is excellent, but the cost can become a significant factor when scaling operations.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier helps us eliminate repetitive manual tasks by connecting the different tools we use across marketing, sales, customer service, and AI automation. Instead of having team members manually transfer data between platforms, Zapier automatically synchronizes leads, updates CRM records, triggers notifications, and launches workflows in real time. This has reduced operational overhead, minimized human error, and allowed our team to focus on higher-value activities. As a result, we can serve clients more efficiently, respond faster to leads, and scale our operations without needing additional staff for routine administrative work.

  ### 11. Zapier Eliminates Repetitive Work with Powerful Integrations

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

What I find most impressive about Zapier is how quickly repetitive tasks seem to vanish once I automate them with it. I use Zapier to integrate my forms, CRMs, spreadsheets, and notifications, and this has saved me from a ton of manual work every week.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

What impressed me most about Zapier was how many repetitive tasks it started handling automatically as soon as I began using it. I’ve set up connections between different forms, CRMs, spreadsheets, and notification apps in Zapier, and it has saved me hours by eliminating the need to do the same work over and over again.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before I started using Zapier, I had to manually transfer a lot of information from one form, spreadsheet, CRM system, or internal application to another. Once those tasks were eliminated, I realized just how tedious and time-consuming they had been, and it allowed me to focus more on my projects instead of getting bogged down in administrative work.

  ### 12. Zapier Makes No-Code Automation a Huge Time Saver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark D. | Owner and Principal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

What is most useful about Zapier is the fact that it allows regular users to create an automation process without needing to become a full-fledged software engineer or create some kind of horrifying spreadsheet creation by dawn. Essentially, it connects apps you might use and enables them to communicate with each other so repetitive processes could be automated, thus saving a lot of time.

The best thing about Zapier is the time and effort that it saves. Instead of going through repetitive tasks all day long, it automates them, so the user doesn’t need to put any effort into them at all. Additionally, the app is very useful in business settings, as it allows you to automate such things as forms, emails, spreadsheets, CRM, calendar appointments, project management, and notifications without needing a personalized software solution created from scratch.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

The most negative aspect of using Zapier is that after you use it for the first time and experience the magic of automating anything without having to code anything yourself, it quickly becomes a weird automation box where no one knows why a certain automation triggered twice or why a client received a letter written in 2018.

As for negative features, there are three primary issues with this tool: price, complexity, and lack of control. After getting used to the service, you'll likely pay more due to the number of tasks, and some of the automations may fail if a particular application's API changes or the log-in fails. In essence, even if the program offers convenient automation, there will still be a need for constant monitoring. As such, Zapier is useful when you need to connect different tools quickly; however, it is definitely not the best long-term solution.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier offers a practical answer to the problem of repetitive tasks getting in the way of more important work. It’s especially useful when you need data to move between two places without constantly having to copy, paste, rename, upload, email, and fill out the same damn fields over and over. Overall, it connects forms, spreadsheets, email accounts, calendars, CRMs, project management tools, and notification services so workflows can keep running with little to no human involvement.

On a broader business level, the main issue Zapier helps solve is efficiency. It reduces the chances of errors, speeds up follow-through, keeps teams better informed, and helps small businesses operate more smoothly without having to build their own software. When you’re dealing with several programs that don’t integrate with each other, Zapier can be the voice of reason in the room: “All right, kids, let me help you work together.”

  ### 13. Efficient Automation with User-Friendly Interface but Needs Advanced Support

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Something I love about Zapier is that it is easy to use. It's not a complicated automation tool. You can easily use it to automate tools with the help of the AI built in it, which is great whenever you get stuck. The initial setup is very easy because it's well explained from the trigger part to the action button. And when you get stuck, the AI in Zapier helps to solve the problem. I also appreciate that it makes work easier and saves time by automating tasks and reducing errors, especially those caused by fatigue when doing manual tasks.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

When you are using the advanced part of Zapier, like the 'code by Zapier' and other features, it can get hard. I wish they would create a course to teach people how to use these advanced features. Also, when they make updates, like in the formatter and utility parts, it can cause issues with the past setup and cause confusion about what you already know about it.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zapier to automate tasks, which saves time and reduces errors caused by fatigue in manual work. It makes my work easier.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I really like the AI features, especially the custom prompts. They make everything easier and faster. The Sub Zap function is great too; it helps speed things up and saves time. Overall, it’s just good to have an AI assistant that simplifies tasks, whether they're simple or complex.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

Right now, we can add only 3-4 path steps into one Zap. So we're using "sub-Zaps." This helps keep everything tidy. If we were able to put more path steps directly into a single Zap, it would definitely make things simpler and give us more options.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier is time saving, just setup an integration and forget the workload.

Zapier's AI tools and integrations have kept it at the forefront of innovation. I always have a concern at the back of my mind that a tool or app that's been around for a while won't be able to keep up. Zapier has more than kept up.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

With Zapier's support for AI (its own tools and integrations), there's more to learn than ever. But it's definitely worth the time and effort.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly the ability to sync data between different apps, many of which don't offer built-in integrations. And some that do offer built-in integrations do not offer the features or power that Zapier does.

  ### 16. Easy Way to Connect Salesforce, Slack and Other Tools With a Huge Integration Library

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

What I like most is how easy it is to connect tools that normally don't work well together without needing engineering support every time. We mainly use it for automating sales and ops workflows between Salesforce, Slack, Jira and a few internal reporting tools.
And the setup for simple automations is pretty quick and the UI is easy enough for non-developers too. It saves a lot of repetitive manual work especially around lead updates, notifications, task creation and syncing data across teams.
The huge integration library is probably the biggest advantage. Even when a direct integration is missing there's usually some workaround using webhooks or APIs which is pretty useful.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

The task limits can get used up pretty fast especially if you have multiple automations running across systems, debugging more complex workflows can also be a little messy sometimes. For basic automations it's super straightforward, but once you start adding filters, paths, webhooks or multi-step logic it takes some time to properly troubleshoot failed runs.
Some integrations also feel slightly limited unless you use custom APIs or webhook based workarounds, though that's not a huge issue if you're comfortable working with technical teams.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier is mainly helping us reduce repetitive manual work between different systems that don't naturally communicate well with each other. A big challenge for sales and operations teams is keeping data synced across platforms without constantly doing manual updates and follow-ups.
We use it to automate things like lead routing alerts, Slack notifications, Jira task creation and syncing updates between Salesforce and internal reporting workflows. It honestly saves a good amount of time and reduces small operational mistakes that usually happen with manual processes.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Having the ability to leverage AI support to help build workflows and processes through simple language are incredibly helpful and means it is easier for no-code users to implement solutions for their own pain points.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

Same as previously captured:
Caps on the weekly user allowance is a challenging limitation of the platform - in order to execute company-wide initiatives, you need to invest significant funds

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier is helping to streamline and automate repetitive processes, as well as provide notification prompts to key colleagues based on the requirements in the rule configuration - thereby saving time, enabling resource to be used elsewhere.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Creating AI agents is a great way to automate tasks across various apps. It helps me to publish content, collect leads, send personalized outreach emails, and so on at a scheduled time.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

No wire transfer payment option for Professional plan users. This is not a major drawback. But I wish, if it is available.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier helps me automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity. I can do several things with it- send automatic email replies, collect leads, track brand mentions, generate content ideas, and much more. This saves my time and helps me offer a better client service.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

It's a reliable platform and they're growing in creative directions.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

I'm annoyed by the way the free tier works. I think small/solopreneurs need more steps like everyone else, but need less runs. It would be so much more fair to just limit the total number of calls or something rather than number of steps.

I will say that I have experience with Zapier as a paid tool as well as a free tool.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier is my go-to for automations, eliminating the need for me to get engineering assistance, which can be a bother to the other teams and can slow work down. Also, they had a gap when popular LLMs/AI hit the market big time but I swear they've made up for it. They're still the best!

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

hands down, the best tool for a non-tech person for connecting to 1000+ tools. me, being a marketer, have stopped relying on my tech team for integrations. be it connecting to any ads platforms or CRM or any marketing tool, zapier has integration with pretty much any tool you ask for.
the recent feature of the table is extensively being used by our team to setup reports and other tabular work.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

apart from the cost, i havent come across any use case that Zapier couldn't solve for me, from the marketing POV.
the price can be a big challenge for smaller organisations, as the cost can quickly add up if you arent careful with the amount of zaps youre running.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the dependency on the tech team has reduced drastically. even a non tech person can now setup automation and any workflow.

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

What I like best about Zapier is how seamlessly it connects the different platforms we use across marketing, events, and operations without requiring technical development support. As Head of Marketing at AOK Events, automation is essential for keeping campaigns, lead management, reporting, and event workflows running efficiently. Zapier has allowed us to eliminate repetitive manual tasks, improve data accuracy between systems, and create faster internal processes. The platform is easy to set up, highly flexible, and integrates with a wide range of tools, making it incredibly valuable for scaling marketing operations efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

One drawback of Zapier is that more advanced automations can become difficult to manage and troubleshoot as workflows grow in complexity. While the platform is excellent for simple integrations, larger multi-step Zaps sometimes require significant testing and ongoing maintenance. Pricing can also increase quickly when managing high volumes of tasks across multiple departments. Additionally, occasional delays or failed automations can impact time-sensitive workflows, particularly when coordinating event registrations, lead routing, or campaign reporting.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier solves the problem of disconnected systems and repetitive manual processes by allowing our tools and platforms to communicate automatically. At AOK Events, we use multiple systems across marketing, CRM, event management, email campaigns, and reporting, and Zapier helps streamline the flow of information between them without requiring constant manual input. This has significantly improved operational efficiency, reduced human error, and saved valuable time for the marketing team. Automating repetitive tasks like lead capture, follow-up workflows, reporting updates, and event registrations allows us to focus more on strategy, creativity, and delivering better experiences for clients and attendees.

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

What I like most about Zapier is that it automates repetitive tasks across different tools without requiring any coding. For instance, I use it to connect CRM and marketing platforms so leads are automatically synced and follow-up workflows are triggered without manual effort.

The drag-and-drop workflow builder makes it straightforward to create, manage, and adjust automations (Zaps), which improves the overall UI/UX experience. Even basic setups can be completed quickly, and the onboarding process feels simple enough for beginners to follow.

In my day-to-day work, Zapier has significantly reduced manual effort and consistently saves me a few hours each week. That time savings translates into a solid return on investment (ROI), especially when I’m managing multiple workflows at once.

Another major strength is the wide range of integrations available. It’s flexible enough to connect different tools and keep workflows running smoothly across systems. Performance is generally reliable, and most automations run without issues.

One unexpected benefit I’ve noticed is better consistency in processes when multiple tools are involved, which helps reduce the chances of human error. Zapier is also adding AI-based features and suggestions, which could further improve automation efficiency.

Overall, it boosts productivity and saves time, although setting up more advanced automations can take some trial and error at first.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

What I dislike about Zapier is that while the interface is simple for basic use, it can become confusing when building more complex workflows. The UI/UX for advanced automations is not always intuitive, which increases the learning curve.

Performance can sometimes be an issue, especially when dealing with multiple Zaps or high task volumes, where delays or failed runs can affect workflows.

Pricing is another concern, as costs can increase quickly when scaling usage, which may impact ROI for smaller teams or businesses.

Although Zapier offers many integrations, some advanced use cases are limited or require workarounds, which adds extra steps to the process.

The onboarding is good for beginners, but for advanced setups, better documentation or guided support would help reduce setup time.

Also, while Zapier has started introducing AI features, they are still somewhat limited and could be expanded to provide smarter automation suggestions.

Overall, it is a powerful tool, but improving performance, pricing flexibility, and advanced usability would make it even better.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Zapier, we were handling a lot of repetitive tasks manually, like transferring leads between tools, sending follow-ups, and updating data across platforms. This often led to delays, missed updates, and inconsistencies in workflows.

Zapier solved this by automating these processes and connecting different tools seamlessly. Now, leads are automatically synced between CRM and marketing platforms, and workflows trigger instantly without manual intervention.

As a result, we’ve significantly reduced manual work and improved process consistency. It saves us several hours each week and reduces the chances of human error.

It has also improved overall efficiency and team productivity, allowing us to focus more on strategic tasks instead of routine operations. From a cost and ROI perspective, the time saved and increased accuracy make it a valuable tool for scaling workflows.

Now we have got a new AI helper built inside zapier that helps build automation easily by just describing what you have to achieve. The knowledge base has also improved which helps in fixing issues fast

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

Sometimes when running out of zaps, it will simply stop functioning. Another thing is to allow to trigger the automation after a fix to update the contact again instead of having to redo this manually

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have noticed that we have less and less server errors. And there are more apps being added to the list of apps.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I use Zapier for several automation workflows like integrating forms with my CRM and bringing data from Facebook Leads into my CRM. Even if my CRM doesn't have native apps, I often find workarounds. The interface is really friendly and intuitive for anyone starting with automations. The support and AI features are getting better. Although the initial setup felt scary, I got familiar with the options and tools really fast, and the ability to create complex workflows with just a few clicks is great.

Also, the speed of the workflow is incredible.
You can test each step in less than a second.

The email parser tool really was a game changer, because I can bring a lot of data from my emails and adapt them to bring data into the automation.

Filters and Lockuptables also made my experiences more tailored, so I can make automations that fit my specific needs.

Formatter and Storage tools made it possible to make a round robin scenario to deliver deals to different users.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

The AI bot isn’t always fast at finding errors, but it’s improving. Also, some really important apps are marked as “premium,” and at times the billing conditions aren’t the best. In the beginning, the setup felt a bit “scary,” but you get familiar with the options and tools pretty quickly.

I also think LinkedIn could use more triggers as an app, because I have a lot of usage scenarios that just don’t fit into Zapier.

Finally, I prefer the “drag and drop” approach for building automations.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, I couldn't connect all my apps into my CRM, because they didn't have a native integration. But using Zapier changed this.

Zapier simplifies complex workflows, allowing me to integrate forms with my CRM and import data from Facebook Leads seamlessly, even without native CRM apps.

Also, I can find solutions for my constantly changing daily workflow.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Zapier is the bridge between systems that don't speak to each other. The integrations allow you to make a big difference in so many ways.

Plus, I like the UI better than some alternatives. Having Copilot is a big plus!

Something that the alternatives don't have. Zapier has allowed me to streamline inefficiencies and saved hundreds of agent hours!

Another plus is the free trial/plan -- it allowed me to build out the concept to show leadership what could be done without any cost. They quickly bought a year membership once I showed them what I built!

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

So far, there isn't a lot I dislike about Zapier! I have spent a lot of time in the system and built out many different zaps, even going back and creating V2 and V3 of the first zaps I created.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So many things! The latest zap I built helped auto solve 200+ Zendesk Child tickets that were
left open after their individual parent tickets were solved. And that was in the first ~11 days!

It has been improved to be even easier to use

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

Nothing that I can think of, but they will probably think of it before me.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to connect my Facebook Ads Leads to my company's CRM, saving me a great deal of time I would otherwise spend manually importing. More importantly, the automated process allows leads to enter my CRM almost immediately and triggers automations that initiate lead follow-up. This dramatically improved the success of our customer acquisition due to the rapid response that the Zapier automations allow.

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

The ease of setting up automations is what makes it stand out from competitors. The functionality and UI/UX are convenient and straightforward to understand, so even a non-technical person can set up automation workflows with ease.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

I can’t build complex systems or advanced AI agents using Zapier. I can add small JavaScript snippets, but I can’t include libraries, which limits what I’m able to do. If Zapier offered more functionality for building complex AI agents in a more user-friendly way than competitors, it could become the best AI automation software.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve built many automations in Zapier to learn how automation works and to streamline my day-to-day tasks. One simple automation I set up automatically sends emails to my clients when they fill out a form to show interest in our service. It saves me around 30 minutes each day—time I previously spent manually sending those emails. I’m still learning Zapier so I can automate even more repetitive tasks.

  ### 28. Automates Repetitive Workflows and Saves Hours Each Week

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

It automates repetitive workflows, connects apps seamlessly, and saves me hours each week by cutting down on manual tasks and boosting overall efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

Pricing can scale quickly as task volume grows, which makes the ROI harder to justify for high-usage workflows. Debugging more complex Zaps isn’t always intuitive, especially when errors span multiple steps or integrations. Some integrations also feel limited compared to native features, so I end up relying on workarounds. Performance can occasionally lag, with noticeable delays in task execution. Onboarding is straightforward at a basic level, but mastering advanced logic takes time, and support responses can vary in depth. The AI features are promising, but they still feel somewhat limited when it comes to handling more complex automation scenarios.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to struggle with manual data entry and a set of disconnected tools. Now we automate workflows across apps, which has significantly reduced repetitive work and errors. Tasks like syncing leads from forms into our CRM, triggering follow-ups, and updating spreadsheets used to take hours each week; now they run automatically through a simple UI with strong integrations.

Overall, it’s improved both consistency and speed, and performance has been reliable even when handling high volumes of tasks. Pricing does increase with usage, but the time saved and the reduction in mistakes still deliver solid ROI for us. Onboarding was quick for the basic setups we needed, and support was helpful whenever we ran into questions. The added AI features also streamline steps like data formatting, making our workflows more efficient end to end.

The best part of Zapier is its an complete no code automation tools which supports huge application ecosystems like CRM. slack , google workspace and email other than 1000+ systems this is completely time saving automation process with multi step process

The tool is completely reliable and simple to use

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

As your usage grows more tasks, multi steps Zaps and premium apps the cost will be raised fast for small business or individuals it feels overpriced

Limited real time performance for lower plans

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Zapier help to reduce the repetitive manual task like
Sending follow up emails activity
Updating CRM Records regularly

Traditional automation platform requires coding knowledge to develop and automate task but this tool is No code platform evolves more naturally and effectively

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Zapier basically takes care of all the boring stuff that used to eat up my whole morning. Instead of copying lead info from one place and pasting it into another, it now happens automatically. That’s a huge relief, because I don’t have to worry about typos or forgetting to update a spreadsheet. It connects the different apps we use so they actually work together, and I can finally focus on my real work.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

My main issue is how quickly the cost adds up once you start relying on it for everything. Since they charge based on how many tasks run, a busy month can make the bill a bit of a shock. It can also get messy when a "Zap" stops working because one of the connected apps changed something on their end. Then you’re stuck digging through the settings to figure out what went wrong, which can be a real pain—especially if you have a lot of different steps and automations set up.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It mostly solves the problem of having a bunch of different tools that don’t talk to each other. Before we started using this, I was spending way too much time moving data around by hand, which was a total waste of energy. Now I can basically set it and forget it. The biggest benefit for me is the peace of mind: when someone fills out a form or pays an invoice, the right people get notified, and the information goes exactly where it needs to be without me having to think about it.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

What I like best about is how I use it to connect Notion with tools like Google Sheets. Whenever I add data in a form or sheet, it automatically creates an entry in Notion. I don’t have to copy-paste anything manually anymore. This has saved me a lot of time in managing content and tasks.
I also use it to get instant updates or notifications when something changes. Once the workflow is set, it runs smoothly without issues.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

The task limit on the free plan, When I connected Notion with Google Sheets, my tasks got used up very quickly. Even simple automations started hitting the limit faster than expected. Because of that, some workflows stopped in between. Also, multi-step automations are only available in paid plans. So I couldn’t build more advanced workflows without upgrading.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of doing repetitive manual work between apps. Earlier, I had to copy data from Google Forms or Google Sheets into Notion manually. Now it happens automatically as soon as new data is added. This saves a lot of time and reduces chances of mistakes. I also use it to trigger notifications when new entries are created. So I don’t have to keep checking things again and again.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Being able to jump right into using agents with zero coding experience is just amazing. The ability to describe what you want in normal written text and have that executed is just next level. The UI is simple to use and took only a couple minutes to figure out.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

No specifically about Zapier but using API in Zapier was also brand new to me. I struggled to get the agent to do what I wanted using an API. I think I did not have all the permissions properly set up but Zapier could only help me so much in this regard.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was able to automate daily searches across multiple platforms and consolidate the data recovered and have that sent to me by email. Definitely a time saver. I was on the free plan but I will upgrade to a paid plan. it is obvious that this is the future for me. With no coding backround, I found this really handy.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Zapier allows us to automate in ways that make our business' day easier, get more accomplished, reduced errors and follow the same processes. We use Zapier to tie together our HubSpot CRM, Quickbooks, home-grown systems and other applications without having to deal with custom coding and all the APIs. The user interface allows us to very rapidly introduce new Zaps and Zapier forms when we identify the needs. And, since we rarely ever experience issues with Zapier, our systems run in a 99.9% uptime. Over the past 10 years of use, we have expanded our Zapier subscription as needed, allowing us to keep the costs inline with our actual usage. Support has been excellent; they even contacted me regarding a functionality request with MySQL and had me test it when ready (which really opened up a lot more functionality for us). Their adoption of AI for use in the workflows and agentic use has created an entire new pathway for us to use Zapier to assist our team.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

To our company, the only issue to Zapier is it required us to actually take the time to review everything we were doing (which often pointed out things we should be doing better). Since we grew with the platform's expansion over 10 years, I have had to updated many of our Zaps to keep up to date with the newest App connections, but that is small price to pay.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At a high level, our use of Zaps most impacted our ability to communicate internally and externally in a clear, concise and timely manner. At a deeper level, using Zapier for connections with many platforms such as Google Calendar, Quickbooks and MySQL allowed us to more rapidly expand our home-grown application's functionality without having to constantly dela with the APIs for those applications. My team does not manually move data around anymore - we use Zapier!

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Its robustness: from the classic Zaps to agents, chatbots, tables, and 9,000+ connections... you can do almost anything with Zapier.

Plus, it takes permissions and access controls seriously: I've never had a Zap do something unpredictable vs. this being a common occurrence with other AI tools.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

Copilot is an excellent helper, but about 25% of the time it ends up over-promising and getting in a "Ah we're almost there, let me fix this!" loop that just creates a Franken-Zap.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped me build an entire operating system to keep track of 600+ educational resources and to make it easy to query this database via a chatbot in Slack.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

We use Claude on our team, so I'm excited to try out the new MCP server!

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

Some of the AI chat functionality can time out and/or require multiple authorizations, so I'd like a bit more prominent notification or maybe an email after a certain amount of time has passed - so that when something has timed out so I know to go look and re-authorize or provide more instructions.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating follow-up steps within multiple systems that otherwise would take a lot of manual time.

  ### 36. Intuitive, Powerful Automations with Tons of Integrations

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

From my experience, Zapier stands out because it balances ease of use with a surprisingly powerful set of capabilities. The UI/UX is intuitive enough that I was able to start building workflows quickly without much ramp-up, and the sheer volume of integrations meant I could connect almost every tool I was using without needing custom development. Performance has generally been reliable for the types of automations I’ve run, especially for operational workflows that don’t require real-time precision. From a pricing and ROI perspective, it’s easy to justify when it replaces repetitive manual work, though you do have to be mindful as usage scales. I also found the onboarding experience straightforward, with plenty of templates and guidance to get started, and support resources that helped fill in gaps when needed. More recently, the addition of AI-driven features has made it even more useful, especially for adding logic, summarization, or smarter routing into workflows without adding complexity.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

From my experience, the biggest downside of Zapier is how quickly the pricing can scale because it’s based on tasks. At first it feels inexpensive, but once you start building multi-step workflows or running automations at higher volume, each step counts as a task and costs can add up fast. It forces you to constantly think about efficiency instead of just building the best workflow. Along with that, debugging can be a bit clunky when something breaks, and performance isn’t always truly real-time for more time-sensitive use cases. While the UI is easy to use, more complex automations can become hard to manage and organize over time. Support is solid but not always fast unless you’re on higher tiers, and the AI features, while promising, still feel somewhat limited compared to what you might build natively.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier is solving the problem of disconnected systems by making it easy to get different apps to communicate without custom development. Instead of needing to hire a developer or build and maintain APIs, we can quickly create automated workflows that connect tools like our CRM, support platform, and knowledge base. This has allowed us to move faster, reduce manual work, and experiment with new processes without being blocked by engineering resources. The biggest benefit is speed and flexibility. We can stand up solutions in hours instead of weeks, which is especially valuable when iterating on support workflows, AI use cases, and internal operations.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I have been using Zapier as my go-to tool for myself and my clients for over 10 years. I love how simple it is to learn, use and implement. It makes it so simple to be able to connect your tools and send data automatically where it needs to go and when. The interface is easy to navigate and connecting your day-to-day tools to it is super easy as well.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

I don't love the limits on the number of paths you can have, although the limit has increased since it was first launched. The biggest thing I dislike is their pricing model. It's by far the most expensive out of all the no code automation platforms and can sometimes have a hard time justifying the cost to clients when other platforms are cheaper for double or more tasks/runs.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier helps me connect and integrate tools that don't integrate with each other on their own. Business processes become far more powerful and much more effective when your tools can "talk" to each other and send data back and forth rather than having everything siloed and separate.

  ### 38. Most User-Friendly iPaaS for Powerful, Creative Automations

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Zapier is the most user-friendly iPaaS tool available on the market that can be used by both technical and non-technical people looking to automate both tasks and the general flow of data between their apps. The integrations are numerous and creativity is often the limiting factor on what you can create/connect.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

Zapier your has a specific market as far as user base who their pricing makes most sense for. It can get a bit expensive for those who don't fit the target user, and to extremely technical users, sometimes the tool can be a bit rigid, but that's because in my opinion, they want to retain the ease of use that comes with the tool.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier helps me eliminate the idea of siloed tools and reduces the need for me to app switch constantly. App switching causes a ton of friction and waste a ton of time in people's daily work lives and specifically mine. Now I am much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

I'd still like to see the pricing drop a little but it's not a dealbreaker for me because my clients are happy

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed our website to speak to a Third Party supplier (OnFleet), pushing our orders over ready for drivers to deliver.
Zapier enables this to happen automatically, which removes the extra work required by the office staff.
We also use it to send sales figures to managerial spreadsheets.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I appreciate that Zapier solves many problems and allows for personalization with different fields. It was helpful for automatically adding new paid subscription members joining on my website to my Zoho CRM.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

I found Zapier too difficult to understand and work with. It took more intellectual thinking than I would like to invest my time in. The technical aspects of setting up the zaps were particularly challenging. I ended up switching to IFTTT for a similar automation experience but with a much easier process and interface.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used Zapier to automate adding new paid subscription members from my website to Zoho CRM. It solves many problems and is customizable with different fields for my needs.

I love that Zapier enables me to create the perfect custom experience for my business. Zapier allows me to use the programs I love and that work best for my business, and seamlessly creates an environment for them to communicate with one another in order to keep my business running efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

Zapier can be a little tricky to set up. I hired a contractor to set it up for me and teach me how to use it. Once I was shown, it's been pretty straightforward.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I utilize multiple programs and software for my business. Zapier allows each program to communicate with the next which allows me to have functioning systems that are customized to my business needs, a smooth customer experience, and dynamisim in the way I'm able to operate as I grow and my needs change. There are many all in one programs, but they don't fully address my business needs. Zapier makes it possible to use various programs and creates a custom solution that fits my business.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

What I like best about Zapier is how it makes automation simple and accessible, helping teams save time and work smarter without needing deep technical skills. I also appreciate how it connects so many tools together. When slightly tweaking my flows during the testing phase, I see the change immediately; there is no lag from Zapier's backend. It just makes the implementation and integration easier to create a smooth workflow. So much so, I applied to work as an Automation Strategist when it was available. Even though there was no offer, I hope to get the opportunity to work with such a great company.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

Since my small business clients are not tech-savvy, they would need a plan that has customer support. As a consultant, the only con is the price categories, according to my past clients.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email Campaigns automation solutions for sure! This takes away the manual tasks (or what I sometimes call pain points) for both my clients and my service.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Zapier has been great when it's come to helping me automate several parts of my business! The performance is seamless, the interface is great especially for a beginner like me, and the pricing is great! You can do a lot with the free version, but the paid is also worth it. Zapier is also very supportive and helpful if you have an issue, and they always have a lot of great educational resources and webinars!

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

Quite honestly, there hasn't been anything I've disliked about Zapier at all! Everything has been seamless to use. Of course, with all AI, it'll take just a bit of refining to get to your goal, but it doesn't require too much work!

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm a small business owner who has been learning to do everything herself. When you are building, there are a lot of hats one must wear, and Zapier helps me to not have to worry about the mundane parts of my business and the ones that take me too much time.

  ### 44. Practical, Powerful Automation That Feels Like an Extra Pair of Hands from Safdar

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

What I really like about Zapier is how practical it feels once you actually start using it.

For me, it clicked when I used it to automate hiring interns on our website. Before that, everything was manual. People would apply, I’d check emails, move data around, send responses, it was messy and honestly kind of draining. With Zapier, I connected the form on our site to the rest of the workflow using APIs, so now when someone applies, it automatically captures their info, organizes it, and even triggers follow ups. It feels like the whole pipeline just runs on its own.

That’s the part I like most. It’s not just automation for the sake of it, it actually removes real friction from your day.

Also, once you go a bit deeper, the tools are actually pretty powerful. You can plug into APIs, structure data, and build workflows that feel more like systems than simple automations.

And their Zapier AI is honestly kind of wild. It helps you build things faster and even handles parts of the logic for you, so you’re not stuck figuring out every step manually.

Overall, it just feels like having an extra pair of hands quietly handling things in the background while you focus on the important stuff.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

What I dislike about Zapier is that it gets expensive pretty quickly once you actually start using it seriously.

At first it feels great and simple, but as your workflows grow and more things start running automatically, you realize every little action counts as a task, and the cost adds up fast. So the more useful it becomes, the more you end up paying.

Also, once you try to build more advanced workflows, it can get a bit messy. Things that seem simple in your head sometimes require multiple steps or workarounds, and debugging those flows can be frustrating. Like advanced workflows with multiple agents and decision trees like what Langgraph can handle needs to be incorporated, but still a W platform

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier is solving a very real problem I was facing, too much repetitive manual work in our HR process.

Before, hiring interns and managing attendance was honestly messy. Applications would come in through the website, then I had to manually check them, copy details into Google Sheets, send emails, and coordinate Zoom meetings. Same with attendance, tracking everything manually in sheets and updating it again and again. It was time consuming and easy to mess up.

What I did with Zapier was connect everything together using APIs. Now when someone applies on our website, their data automatically goes into Google Sheets, triggers a workflow, and even helps set up Zoom meetings for interviews. For attendance, data flows directly into sheets without me having to update it manually every time.

So the problem it solved was all that repetitive, manual back and forth work.

And the benefit for me is huge
It saved hours every week, reduced errors, and made the whole hiring and attendance process feel smooth and structured instead of chaotic

Now it just runs in the background, and I can focus on actually managing people and improving the system instead of doing admin work.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I really appreciate how Zapier makes setting up its different products easy to understand. Most of the time, little to no coding knowledge is needed, which expands the number of people at Koddi who can use Zapier’s products. I also like their recent change where a single subscription cost covers all of the products in their offering, and that made it much easier for us to decide to keep our Zapier subscription. They also are always adding connections to their program, and improving on connections that already exist. Even subscribing to their blog has been helpful in determining how to go about regular business use cases, and provides a valuable insight into the possibilities of the Zapier product as a whole.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

I believe there should be a way to configure reusable Zaps or mini-Zaps across our Zapier ecosystem, so we don’t have to rebuild the same three or four steps each time—especially the steps required to set up case assignments in our automations. That said, they’ve recently released “sub-zaps” in beta, and I’ll be actively testing them to see whether this feature solves the problem.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our teams have been able to automate reports at a very basic level. However, I think Zapier’s biggest impact on our company has come from using their Forms to set up a portal for our CS team to submit tickets to our Financial Operations team in a consistent, uniform format. This portal has significantly reduced the need for the FinOps team to reach back out to the CS team for missing details, and the end result has been much faster turnaround on financial tickets. Overall, our turnaround time decreased by almost two full working days (16 hours).

As a result, our CS team has fully embraced the portal created for them. They’re seeing more positive interactions with their clients, and those clients have greater confidence in our company’s ability to manage their accounts. With that added confidence, the company’s expansion and scaling has increased year over year.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Zapier has saved me a ton of time and sanity! I'm a one-person marketing department for a company with 7 locations, 100+ employees and 650+ clients. I have a lot on my plate, and Zapier has helped me set up automations for things that I otherwise wouldn't be able to keep track of. The most helpful integration is with Google Ads, specifically for transferring over information from form completions into my CRM. It's super user-friendly and easy to set up, and I find the "duplicate zap" feature to be especially helpful as I often need to run the same automations for multiple campaigns. It's very reliable and I rarely encounter technical issues with it, but if I ever have questions or need assistance their customer service team is really helpful and responsive.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

The main thing I dislike about Zapier is that, while there are SO many platforms and softwares that it integrates with, the specific CRM I use (Intellikids) has very limited integration capabilities. The things I'm able to use Zapier for are extremely helpful, but I have encountered a few situations where the integration I'm looking for (from one software/platform into my CRM) isn't possible. I'm using a Zap that was created by the CRM company though, so I think this issue lies more with them than with Zapier. I'm not sure what the process was for the CRM to create their Zap integration, but perhaps Zapier could offer more support to companies making their own integrations?

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm the only marketer for a fairly large childcare company, and my job has many moving parts. I have a lot on my plate at all times, and the ability to automate things with Zapier has helped me expand my capabilities to a level I wouldn't otherwise have. The automated transfer of Google Ad form submissions going into my CRM as new leads has been SUCH a time saver, and has helped me capture leads and get conversions that otherwise would've been missed. As a one-person team I also have a limited budget for my department, so the free plan with Zapier has been such a lifesaver! It's the perfect amount of Zap runs that I need at this point, and without the free plan I wouldn't be able to use Zapier. Because of how successful I've been with the help of Zapier, once I get to the point where my usage needs surpass the free plan, I think I won't have an issue getting approval for a paid plan simply based on how much time Zapier has saved me!

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Zapier is one of the most practical tools for getting work done at scale. As a marketer, I use it to connect data sources, trigger real-time alerts across communication platforms, and streamline workflows that would otherwise require engineering support. More recently, it has become a key layer in supporting our AI-driven initiatives, enabling faster experimentation and operational efficiency without adding complexity.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

Zapier’s UI has become increasingly complex as new features have been added, which can make onboarding and navigation unintuitive at times. There’s a learning curve to understanding how different components fit together, especially for newer users. Once you’re familiar, it’s powerful, but the initial experience could be streamlined. I’d like to see more emphasis on user testing and simplification of core workflows to reduce friction and help users get to value faster.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier acts as the backbone of our AI-driven automation and GTM workflows. It connects our core systems, eliminates manual tasks, and enables real-time data movement across tools without requiring engineering resources. This allows our team to move faster, reduce operational overhead, and scale programs that would otherwise be too resource-intensive. We rely on it daily to power everything from lead routing and alerts to internal tooling and AI-based processes.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Zapier's drag and-drop workflow builder makes it easy to connect apps without touching code, which has saved real time on repetitive tasks. The integration library is massive, most tools we use day to day are supported out of the box. Performance is generally reliable once workflows are running, though occasionally a zap will need a manual trigger to get back on track. The UI is clean and intuitive, making onboarding new users straightforward. On the AI side, the newer automation suggestions are a nice touch, though still maturing. My main gripe is pricing, as your workflow complexity grows, so does the cost, and it can add up fast. Overall a solid platform that delivers ROI for most teams, just keep an eye on your task usage

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

Pricing is the biggest pain point, task limits scale up quickly and you can find yourself bumping against your plan before you know it. Occasionally a zap will silently fail without a clear error message, making troubleshooting more time-consuming than it should be. The AI features feel more like a work in progress than a polished tool. Support response times can be slow on lower-tier plans, and the help documentation, while extensive, isn't always easy to navigate. For teams with advanced automation needs, the cost-to-value ratio starts to slip.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier eliminates the manual work of moving data between platforms. syncing leads, triggering follow-ups, updating records across tools without anyone touching it. That automation layer frees up time that used to go toward repetitive tasks and lets the team stay focused on higher value work. It's also bridged gaps between tools that don't natively integrate, which has been a real operational win. The visibility into workflow history helps with accountability and troubleshooting. Bottom line, it reduces human error and keeps processes running in the background consistently.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

It helps automate my business so that I can spend more time on what matters. I really appreciate the ability to test things out to ensure it's working well. I use the integrate with Honeybook, ClickUp, and Google Sheets frequently. I have no issues with performance and pricing is fair.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

It's not necessarily super intuitive as a user interface. I use Relay as well and prefer that more for how easy and intuitive it is to use as a non-tech person. I find Relay's AI interface easier to use as well.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My cofounder and I were spending way too much time on manual admin tasks that pulled us away from actually serving our students in our small college consulting business. Zapier has automated the workflows that used to fall through the cracks, like syncing new HoneyBook contracts directly into ClickUp so client onboarding tasks are created automatically, logging payments into our accounting spreadsheet without anyone having to touch it, and adding new appointments to MailerLite so our email list stays current. Before Zapier, these were all things we had to remember to do manually after a long day of work. Now they just happen. For two teachers running a business on the side, that kind of behind-the-scenes automation saves us hours every month and honestly just gives us peace of mind.

  ### 50. Zapier is a Game Changer for Real Estate Agents

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

That it's intuitive and visually appealing. For me, it's important to be able to see flows visually and Zapier makes that easy - like a puzzle. Copilot is also a great tool for when I'm lazy, and the amount of integrations and apps it can connect to is very good. I recently automated it to add my new TypeForm leads to my CRM and no matter how many leads it gets, it does not lag or fail and they are quickly added to my to-do list.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

I don't think there are many downsides. I use the free version of it, and arguably at times I would like to have a few more steps included in the free version, but it's not a major setback. I would say, for some beginners, it can be a little cryptic if they don't onboard properly (most don't), so they may need some more help or they may give up on the product too soon. I personally have a coding background so I understand the flow, but I have had discerning opinions on how the language is used.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me automate responses and gather data mainly. I work in the real estate sector as well as free lancing for web development and I help other real estate agents with tech solutions, but a lot of it is light work that can be automated, so I help agents actually use Zap and teach them how to use it to be better. I encourage them to use it like I do to integrate CRMs, get organized, and be able to handle larger workloads.
