Somehow I had two different accounts (two different emails.) I did not realize the problem until renewal time. I wanted to renew but I didn't want to pay twice. This product syncs with our directory and updates the information, allowing all new hires to have a signature line. Running with about 55+ signatures through 5 restaurants and 8 wedding venues I needed something that we could mass update without an immense amount of work. She was able to walk me through the entire process and help me to get everything set up on our end to function.
