Super easy to use system, that helped me look more professional. Good experience with the entire process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There really isn't anything that I dislike about WiseStamp, it's easy to use and makes a great product! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find WiseStamp incredibly easy to use, which simplifies the process of making adjustments to email signatures. This user-friendly aspect enhances my experience significantly, as it is straightforward to implement changes as needed. Moreover, WiseStamp effectively helps maintain consistent branding across all our school sites in email signatures, which is crucial for our brand identity. The initial setup was easy, and this ease of use continues throughout daily operations, making it a reliable tool for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the integration between Google Workspace and WiseStamp isn't as smooth as I would have preferred. There were a lot of hiccups that complicated the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing I liked about WiseStamp is that it lets us create email signatures very easily. This signature then can be managed across organizations. I must say, the interface is super easy, intuitive, easy to implement, and easy to manage.

Also, the level of customization is unmatched. CTA buttons, disclaimers, and schedulers are gifts that just keep giving. Also, the templates are fun to explore and quick to create.

All in all, loved the interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As of now, I must say, I can’t find a fault in this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A straightforward way to centrally manage company email signatures. The biggest advantage for us is having one centralized place to manage email signatures across the organization. Rather than depending on each employee to create, update, or maintain their own signature, we can company format consistent and make changes when branding or employee information needs to be updated. From an IT-perspective, this removes a lot of unnecessary manual work. Once the Microsoft 365 integration is in place, Wisestamp is relatively easy to manage. Overall it takes a small administrative task that can become surprisingly difficult to control at scale and makes it much more manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some parts of the administrative experience could be clearer, especially when troubleshooting or determining exactly why a user’s email signature isn’t populating automatically. There are several components involved when signatures are deployed through Microsoft 355 and Outlook. If something does not work as expected, it can sometimes take a little investigating to determine whether the problem is related to WiseStamp itself, Outlook, synchronization, or the deployment method being used. For us, those have been manageable rather than big drawbacks, and are often resolved by the user quoting and reopening their application as well as our team disabling and reenabling the user in the WiseStamp platform. After years of using various email signature tools, WiseStamp remains in a class of its own — not just because of the product, but because of the exceptional team behind it.

Recently, WiseStamp went through a significant application update which introduced a new interface. As a CEO managing multiple companies with numerous email accounts across various domains, I was initially concerned about the transition. However, the WiseStamp support team guided me through every step of the process with patience, professionalism, and genuine respect.

In a world where customer support has become automated and impersonal, WiseStamp stood out by treating me as a valued customer. Every question was answered thoroughly, every concern addressed promptly.

The product itself is outstanding — professional email signatures that work seamlessly across all email clients and devices, beautifully designed and easy to manage for multiple accounts and brands.

If you are a business owner who values both quality and exceptional customer care, WiseStamp is the only choice. I recommend it without any hesitation.

Bravo WiseStamp team — you truly deserve every star! 🌟

Actually nothing. Always willing to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wise stamp is a nice tool if you are looking for email signatures. They started a section of it called wise stamp one and it is a big improvement over their legacy platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They never informed us about the new system, so we were charged for the new system named Wise Stamp One. The old version had very few features and was quite basic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wisestamp allowed me to create multiple signatures, including different versions of the same signature, that stand out above the rest. I've tried many other email signature services over the years and Wisestamp repeatedly comes out on top. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I did come across some issues when using the Chrome browser extension for Wisestamp. Despite this, support was very helpful and arranged a call with me to troubleshoot - which resulted in identifying potential problems while developing a workaround that I am satisfied with. Ease of use. It’s extremely easy to add users manually, edit users, and create new signatures; overall, it’s a very user-friendly platform. We went through a Google-to-Microsoft transition, and they made the new integration a breeze. We also have 2 different profiles within one, and they have really helped clarify the use of each. N/A. There isn't anything to dislike about Wisestamp or the services they provide! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since I have a variety of interests, it’s great to have a variety of Email signatures and WiseStamp has done that well for a long time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For me, the difficulty was in seeing a partially fulfilled template and assuming that that was the final product and I couldn’t change it. But with help from a live tech-support call, I now understand it better and I have a great signature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can setup your email signature in few minutes, and you can choose between several templates, and then customize them at your pleasure, it's very easy with a very stylish result Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For private is only 10 signatures, that's the only con. I also wish they would add more new templates each month Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
