"Effortless Multi-Signature Management with Professional Customization"
What do you like best about WiseStamp?

I manage three separate business email addresses along with a personal one, and I appreciate being able to create unique signatures for each of my personas all in one platform. I also enjoy the ability to include images, buttons, and CTAs in my signatures, which adds a professional touch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WiseStamp?

I find it frustrating that this doesn't work with Firefox, since I rely on that browser for one of my businesses. Additionally, whenever I update my signature, it often takes some time for the changes to take effect, and I usually have to refresh my browser for the update to appear. What do you like best about WiseStamp?

What do you dislike about WiseStamp?

We paid for a full year in advance to use their platform and email signature service. After a platform update, the service went down for more than a week. They sent messages saying the issue was being fixed, so we waited.

When the platform finally came back online, our paid signature plan was not restored. We followed up multiple times. More than a month has passed with no resolution, no refund, and no proper response.

This is no longer just bad customer support. Payment was taken, the service was not delivered, and communication stopped. That creates serious trust issues.

If you are considering this service, ask yourself what happens when something goes wrong and you need help. Based on our experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from using this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Email Branding Continuity"
What do you like best about WiseStamp?

I really like the ease at outputting HTML of user's signatures that I then pass along to our sales team to input into their HubSpot platforms. I really enjoy the ease and speed it takes to edit individual signatures, as well as company-wide edits. The ability to export individual user HTML code has assisted my ever-expanding sales team greatly and made my life a lot easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WiseStamp?

I would like to be able to edit the HTML of our general design more without needing to reach out to WiseStamp Support. Also, a few employees would like additional tweaks to include editing some of the graphical components of our signatures, like shortening lines used to bisect the overall design. What do you like best about WiseStamp?

Wisestamp makes it incredibly easy to maintain and deploy consistent signatures across the whole org. The signatures look great! They also support multiple email platforms so if you are like us and have more than 1 system you can rest assured the integration is easy. Its a great time saver as well since IT does not have to train and retrain everyone on how to update signatures. Mobile signatures are also a big plus! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WiseStamp?

The only thing I have found I dont like about Wisestamp is the occasional sync issues. I have always been able to clear it with a restart of the client I have using or refresh of the browser.

What do you like best about WiseStamp?

We love WiseStamp for its ease of use. The platform is truly user-friendly and straightforward, which makes creating and standardizing signatures painless. What do you dislike about WiseStamp?

WiseStamp has very few downsides for us. The only gap I’ve noticed is the inability (or at least an unclear path) to assign one user to multiple groups. "Extremely Disappointing Service with Persistent Issues"
What do you like best about WiseStamp?

I found the initial setup of WiseStamp to be very easy. Despite the other challenges I've faced with the service, I didn't encounter any issues during the initial setup process, which was straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WiseStamp?

I am extremely frustrated with WiseStamp because it hasn't solved any problems for me and has caused more issues instead. I've been trying to get a solution for three weeks, but without success, which has resulted in a huge waste of my time and money, as I've already paid for a full year. It doesn't work as intended; particularly, it fails to upload my signature and doesn't integrate well with Gmail. The support I've received has been unsatisfactory, with no personal contact or resolution to my problems. The quality of service has deteriorated, as I've been a user for four years, but recent changes have disrupted the system to the point where it's been non-functional for weeks. What do you like best about WiseStamp?

What do you like best about WiseStamp?

I love that we got it to work seamlessly after all of the kinks were worked out. I appreciate that it works on phones when sending emails and that we are able to have different types of signatures if needed/wanted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WiseStamp?

I have not had issues with this yet but when we were designing the signature, it took a lot longer than I felt like it should have taken. It has been I think 2 years or so since we did that though. "Easy to Use, but Outlook Integration Needs Improvement"
What do you like best about WiseStamp?

Ease of use and deployment. Changes can be made fairly simply and it links with the Outlook app. Customer support is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WiseStamp?

How it gets deployed within Outlook. It'd be nice if it would generate the Signature and plug it into Outlook. I get user complaints about how its a new process to insert a blank signature when they dont want it. These settings are global, would prefer it to be per user. What do you like best about WiseStamp?

I appreciate WiseStamp’s straightforward and easy setup process, which was supported by one-to-one assistance from their team, ensuring that we were ready to go with minimal hassle. WiseStamp offers excellent usability and seamless integration with our platform, providing the best experience among the options we considered. I love how it centralizes control over email signatures across our staff, making it a great fit for our growing team and ensuring consistency across the board. The synchronization of signatures is notably more stable than our previous platform, and changes are easy to implement and deploy, making our work more efficient. I find the reliability in user synchronization and deployment of signatures to be very beneficial, as it reduces IT support issues and allows for quick updates or marketing changes when needed. What do you dislike about WiseStamp?

I find the default pricing of WiseStamp slightly high, even though we were able to get a price match. Additionally, managing multiple user aliases can be complicated (as separate aliases are considered and charges as separate users). For a subset of our users who use a different non-primary email address we needed to hack things a little to make their signature work without either losing automatic user provisioning or having to pay for more seats than required .
