After a platform update, the service went down for more than a week. They sent messages saying the issue was being fixed, so we waited. When the platform finally came back online, our paid signature plan was not restored. We followed up multiple times. More than a month has passed with no resolution, no refund, and no proper response. This is no longer just bad customer support. Payment was taken, the service was not delivered, and communication stopped. That creates serious trust issues. If you are considering this service, ask yourself what happens when something goes wrong and you need help. Based on our experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from using this platform. **What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you?** They did not solve the problem.
