Great in theory, but not well executed **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Textiles | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2025 **What do you like best about WiseStamp?** Allows us to roll out signatures that appear the same across our org. The initial integration setup with Microsoft was simple. **What do you dislike about WiseStamp?** The customer service is lacking, and our implementation specialist didn't really have any idea what they were doing. We struggle with inconsistencies with how the signature appears, especially in reply emails. **What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows us to keep our branding consistent across all employees **Official Response from Michael Yehoshua:** > We're sorry to hear about the challenges you've faced. We do not have IT nor the funds to support this part on our own. **What do you dislike about WiseStamp?** I was bribed to write a good review with the incentive of an amazon giftcard. After I made the review and asked our "Account executive" when I would get the gift card, it had already expired. Not only this, but I had never been given a chance to claim it or any sort of notification. I emailed our account executive and he has been the opposite of helpful, and chooses to ignore any feedback or issues within emails. I have had sales people at wisestamp try to sell my on a package WHEN WE ARE ALREADY APART OF IT. The sales guy had literally no idea we are already using the service, and I had to email him multiple times. The templates are not very helpful. They really only show different spacial variations of the same fonts, colors, bars,etc. I feel as if each template should be unique from a design perspective, not just another format of the same signature. **What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you?** We do not have an IT / computer tech department at our work.
