**What do you like best about Watermelon?**

Watermelon has a great interface that is easy to learn. I was not part of the birth of our AI agent and the implementation and integration. After a month I started to manage our AI agent as she works 24/7, wich is amazing. Watermelon has several helpfull articles, Chad, there own AI agent is very helpfull and the support team via the e-mail is great. Especially Bram, big shout out for you as you helped us a lot. And not to forget Fleur, thank you too. Our agent works very hard and already helped a lot of potential customers wich save us time in the end.

**What do you dislike about Watermelon?**

I think AI is great and what AI can do is amazing. I think we want to quick now as AI and Watermelon is still developing. Sometimes our agent is slow before she comes with an answer. When she crawles new information on the website, it takes time. And how more I work with the agent, how more I wish for some extra insights to review all the chats. It would be great if 'old conversations', could be visible in the interface instead of a csv. Sub tags would also be awesome for the future. But I also know, the tags just rolled out on the 14th of August.  So in this case we are all developing.

**What problems is Watermelon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do not think for our organisation that Watermelon is solving problems. The agent of Watermelon is helping our customers and now we have the agent 3 months live, we can also say what it means for us. Since we released the AI agent on the website she answered many questions. She had about 500 chats and perhaps all those people would have been calling or e-mailing us or did not even has reached out otherwise. We are happy she guide our potential customers and give them the information we need. For us it is very interesting to see how people use a AI chatbot and what they say and ask. We still follow every conversation and already did a lot of updates on the website to make our agent even smarter. We also extended our FAQ page, based on questions via the chats and we even rolled out a kind of new service based on several similar chats.

**What do you like best about Watermelon?**

We were pleasantly surprised when we received the demo of Watermelon's AI chatbot. This prompted us to almost immediately shut down our own (non-generative) chatbot and continue with Watermelon. After a few simple steps, our AI assistant, "Anouk," was live on our website. Our company, Rijles Zonder Stress (Stressless Driving Lessons), is a franchise with driving schools throughout the Netherlands. We recruit students and (prospective) driving instructors to help us grow. Anouk helps our students and (prospective) driving instructors by answering a wide variety of questions. She was quite good at this from the start, but with continued training, she has only improved. This has resulted in many new registrations from students and (prospective) driving instructors, as well as many new insights that we have used to improve the information on our website. This is also good for our SEO (GEO/AEO) results. We also receive many questions that wouldn't normally reach us (because calling or registering is too big a step), but people are willing to ask chatbot Anouk these questions. In some cases, this even leads to actual registrations. AI chat has become a priority (something we didn't anticipate at the beginning of this year).

**What do you dislike about Watermelon?**

While there's always room for improvement in anything, new features, a better user experience, and so on, I can't really think of anything I'm dissatisfied with. Besides website integration, we also want to use our AI chatbot Anouk, for WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. And hopefully, in the future, for answering emails and possibly phone calls as well.

Our AI chatbot Anouk helps our students and (prospective) driving instructors by answering a wide variety of questions. This has resulted in many new registrations from students and (prospective) driving instructors, as well as many new insights that we have used to improve the information on our website. **What do you like best about Watermelon?**

We’ve been using Watermelon AI for a while now and are very satisfied. We use our AI agent as an additional search function within our e-commerce shop, which has significantly reduced the number of standard customer questions that would normally need to be handled by our human colleagues. The platform is easy to use, flexible, and the support team is always responsive and helpful. Overall, a great experience and a valuable addition to our business.

**What do you dislike about Watermelon?**

You need a good understanding of how to guide and configure the chatbot to get the best results. Setting it up correctly takes some time and knowledge, and in the beginning it can occasionally provide inaccurate or incomplete answers. Once you understand how to fine-tune the prompts and structure the information, it performs much more reliably — but there’s definitely a bit of a learning curve at the start.

Watermelon helps us manage customer interactions more efficiently. Our AI agent works as an extra search engine within our webshop — customers can ask about specific products, and the agent directs them straight to the right item. It also handles many standard customer service questions automatically, which saves our team a lot of time and allows us to focus on more complex inquiries. Overall, it improves the shopping experience for customers and reduces repetitive workload for our staff.

**What do you like best about Watermelon?**

That we can make it as we want. A name, a face. The dashboard also works intuitively and the bot is easy to train. Furthermore, the contact is very pleasant and you are well guided.

**What do you dislike about Watermelon?**

It took some puzzling to get him to say the right things, and he didn't always follow the previously mentioned instructions very well, but we've already been helped further in this and it's getting better. Furthermore, we received feedback from users about the thumbs being the wrong way around. Dislike/like would normally be the other way around, which might cause people to accidentally press the wrong one.

Give the bot better instructions, and the version we can use to generate the best answers. Sometimes it went on too long or too extensively or included things that were not correct. We are getting help to frame this more accurately.

This AI chatbot is really useful to help visitors to find the right information. This reduces calls to our teams, which saves valuable time. Setup was pretty straightforward but in case of any issues, Customer Support is always available to help out.

It takes some time to properly train the chatbot. This requires several people and some trial and error. However, this is a good investment since the chatbot saves time (= money) in the long run.

It’s easy to set up a chatbot even without any prior AI chatbot experience by following the tutorial videos. The customer service is also easy to reach. In addition, Watermelon’s own chatbot helps with the most common questions.

You currently still have to update the URLs used in the chatbot manually — for example, by removing URLs that are no longer live and crawling new ones. This process still takes quite a bit of manual time, but I believe it is on the the Watermelon roadmap to optimize.

The most helpful aspect of Watermelon's chatbot is that it provides us with a first-line starting point to handle repetitive questions. With the new AI functionality, implementing the chatbot has become significantly easier, and Watermelon's support responds very quickly whenever we have questions.

The drawbacks of Watermelon were mainly related to the previous implementation method. It worked, but it took a long time to set up, and you had to maintain a separate overview to clearly see how the different pieces of information were connected. With the new AI functionality, that's no longer necessary.

Before using the chatbot, we received many questions from our clients' employees about the functionalities of the applications we use. These questions always came during peak times, resulting in a high volume of phone calls. With the chatbot, those calls have disappeared like snow in the sun, and our clients' employees now receive quick, clear, and accurate answers to their questions.

It's user friendly. When I began everything was easy explained which made it easy to use. After trying out different programs what I like about Watermelon as well is that you can upload documents, and site maps it reads the correct information when you're training it. Customer Support is ready to help you and to give tips to train the Agent better. The implementation on the website is easy.

Since the implementation of the WaterMelon chatbot on the ICT platform of MBO Webshop, support for parents and students has greatly improved. The chatbot is clear, user-friendly, and provides reliable answers to frequently asked questions about digital learning materials and books.

We were able to implement Watermelon's chatbot incredibly quickly — and without needing any in-house IT knowledge! Setting it up was surprisingly simple and intuitive. We now train our chatbot daily, and we can already see it improving. The answers it provides are clear and genuinely helpful to our customers.

More documentation about the actions would be great!

Questions on the website that are frequently asked by customers are now handled by the chatbot. Many of these questions are related to the shipping status of their orders. 
We currently use the bot mainly to reassure customers when their package is slightly delayed.

The tool does it's job perfectly. We wanted to implement Ai chatbots to improve service for our visitors and that has worked very well. We recieve great feedback and it does the job we have asked the system to do. The back end is easy to use and adjust if needed. If we run into issues or questions the FAQ part is very extensive. Even then if that does not work for some reason the personal account manager is always there to assist us quickly and expertly. Overall very pleased.

Some terms were a bit complicated.

The helpfulness of the people at Watermelon is really top-notch. From the first introductory meeting to the check-ins with Fleur, everything is quick and easy to schedule. Everyone is equally helpful and professional. You can easily schedule meetings but also ask questions via email. You get a quick response, so you don't get stuck. There is a lot of thoughtful input and we continuously receive tips on improving the chatbot. Additionally, Watermelon Pulse is very user-friendly. We could get started with it right away!

It takes a bit more time than we had initially estimated. It's a lot of testing and adjusting, but that also makes it very challenging and fun.

We receive many questions through our customer service, but many of these questions are the same. We noticed that it takes us quite a lot of time on a daily basis to answer these 'simple' questions repeatedly. As a result, there was less time left for other tasks. Much of our communication is by email or phone. Watermelon helps to answer many common questions directly. The advantage of the chatbot is that customers receive an immediate answer during their visit to our site and therefore do not have to take any extra steps to find an answer.
The use of Watermelon has undoubtedly proven to be an added value for our site. A very adequate customer service and fast communication (telephone and email) make it a pleasant collaboration. A chatbot is also quick and easy to set up. You can easily implement the chatbot on various other platforms. Access to data is constantly being expanded, which means that the chatbot can also be used more widely.
Our customers use the chatbot regularly and in most cases receive an accurate answer.

In short, it's been a great help to our customer service and, beside the added value, is a tool which helps (potential) customers to make a more informed decision. Highly reccomended.

Negative points can always be found, (I prefer the term improvement points). If we encounter issues, Watermelon is always quick and adequate in solving or helping to solve the problem.

Customer service is easy to reach, always answers my questions, and provides friendly and clear explanations. Easy, if you know how to handle the chatbot, then it's simple to set it up correctly.
Design, it's nice that you can completely customize the chatbot to match your own website/webshop colors and design.
It's great that you can have multiple chatbots on one account, but they each have their own identity.
And above all, it lightens the workload, saving a lot of time in answering chats. We only need to process it in another system, and then it's done.

We do encounter the issue that the chatbot sometimes crashes or freezes. If no chat has been sent for a longer period, the chat logs out. And if you don't realize this, you won't receive the chats with a pop-up.

They reached out to the Watermelon Support and with some guidlines got thru the setup of a personality for the chatbot and add some knowledge bases. 
They then just asked IT to add a simple code to the website to have the chatbot integrated.

Once you want to add more advanced functions some development is needed and i feel this could be better documented.

It reduces our communication times, facilitates visitors on our website outside our opening hours and provides correct information in a very polite way. The answers provided are of high quality, no spelling errors, extremely polite and always available, even outside our opening hours.  You can easily interrupt her if you want to add some more information and it is possible that customers ask for personal advice. I highly recommend it and and impatienly waiting for some updates so that she can also "read" pictures, answer emails and stick to our productlist, insteaf of creating products that we do not have.

AI is always difficult to manage especially saying no to something. Our AI customer service Wendy is still creating products that we do not have, but it is good to manage, so overall we are very satisfied. Watermelon's support has a slow reaction time on requests and questions, especially during the implementation time. It can take up to days and even weeks before your issue is taken care off. They are very friendly and helpfull though and know what they are doing. So it is worth waiting, but this is definitely an issue that could be better.

The AI version of Watermelon is something to be very happy about. The bot really does what you expect from it and has actually exceeded my expectations. The implementation went smoothly with good guidance from Fleur at Watermelon. She is always at your disposal and no question is too much. The service is truly fantastic!

What has been disappointing is that it is all a bit more complicated than it seems, and you really need to understand well where to fill in what. It really does take some time and commitment to learn and adjust the bot.

The advantage of the chatbot is that it can always respond 24/7. If the bot cannot answer the question, the customer can leave their details, and we can contact the customer the next working day. In our case, the customer can ask the bot many questions and does not have to search the entire website. The bot directs you to the opening hours, return conditions, but also provides options for specific products and/or colors if the customer requests it. 
You are therefore almost always accessible to customers who have basic questions. The bot is complete in its response and saves us a lot of phone and email traffic, thus a huge time saving.

Watermelon has helped us tremendously in reducing our workload in customer service. 50% of total queries are answered by the chatbot after working hours. This makes it less work in the morning for customer service to answer all questions!

In our case, it is very important that the chatbot can send Track & Trace information to the customer. This is currently not yet possible. However, Watermelon is working on developing this!

Questions on the website, yet frequently asked by customers, are solved by the chatbot. This greatly reduces the number of questions that need to be solved humanly. In addition, many questions come in after working hours (50% of the total). Here, the chatbot can answer many questions or ensure that the customer sends all the necessary information to customer service, so that an issue can be dealt with immediately. As a result, customer service spends less time on an issue and the workload is reduced!
