I love how easy it was to set up Watermelon. Within a few hours, we had everything up and running. Configuring the agent, and especially adding a bit of humor, was a nice touch. The fact that the AI agent quickly answers frequently asked questions, helping customers faster, is really a plus. We are now available in the evenings and weekends, which was not possible before. Watermelon's support is very fast; you often get answers to your questions within a few hours. I also appreciate that the AI agent sometimes offers solutions to problems I hadn't even thought of. By adding a bit of humor to the conversations, the agent comes across as more human, which can help reduce customer frustration.

Quick set-up and tweaking, clear interface and above-adequate customer support. AI agents' performance is good enough to answer >90% of questions correctly and quickly. Pricing level is acceptable too. Good that there are enough integration possibilities beyond the chatbot itself.
