Synergita is comprehensive and flexible, meeting the requirements of our company, which is distributed across multiple geographies. They support different appraisal review processes and templates for each department. The user experience is good, and our employees use it without formal training. “Voice notes” option in continuous feedback is great. "360 degree feedback increases collaboration even while working remotely"

What do you like best about Synergita?

360-degree feedback was a novel process to us, but it was made easier and seamless by Synergita. Our employees, even in this remote working scenario, take a genuine interest in others’ growth and give anonymous feedback to their peers. This improves the overall culture score of the workforce as we introduce training programs based on accurate reports from 360-degree feedback on each employee’s performance. We save a lot of time and effort for the Human Resources department as a result of digitizing the entire performance management system with the help of Synergita.
