Post-covid, internal employee communication was a considerable difficulty. Employees were unable to work well in groups. The software is very user friendly, up-time is really good, and a lot of the work flow can be customized from the front end with is a big relief. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Really needs to enhance the roadmap of the app. Then it would be more useful if there was an audio aided or text to speech situation that could help with the impaired. Building of reports from the front end is very limited. This can be a bit of a hassle on my part considering the fact that the syngerita team is slow in adding new reports to the list proactively. Turnaround time on service requests are pretty low. Lastly, there is no auto lock-out system when the programs just sits there idill.
