Our employees, even in this remote working scenario, take a genuine interest in others’ growth and give anonymous feedback to their peers. This improves the overall culture score of the workforce as we introduce training programs based on accurate reports from 360-degree feedback on each employee’s performance. Our agile work culture demands employees are active in multiple projects and assigned to different managers. The matrix goals management ensures the employees get feedback from the right manager mapped to each goal during performance reviews.
