It helps me to see clear and obvious feedback from managers and what I can be working on to improve my productivity and workflow. I also enjoy the mobile feedback tool which I can rate how well coworkers and bosses are adhering to company values and give feedback on things they can improve. Lastly my yearly review can be easily submitted through this company to have a record of projections I have met or not met, where my next goal mark should be, how well I’ve represented my company, and what raise I will be getting.
