**What do you like best about Koncert?**

The call tracking and analytics ensure visibility into the engagement results, response rates and communication history.
The efficiency of outbound call management allows my team to follow on quality issues with suppliers , communication about compliance and product recalls whenever they occur.

**What do you dislike about Koncert?**

It is quite a learning curve to configure the software in the firm system.
The product is not primarily for quality assurance workflows within the food production thus lacks specialized tools for regulatory compliance reporting or management of safety documentation

**What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps eliminate slow supplier communications

**What do you like best about Koncert?**

Once Koncert is step up, it is quite simple to use.  It is very intuitive for users like me who are not very technical.
Also, we enjoy the statistical data that the tool provides.

**What do you dislike about Koncert?**

The consensus on the team are the glitches.  Often there is an issue with joining audio.  I'm not sure what causes this.  It could be something on our side. For example not restarting the computer on a regular basis or software upgrade by our IT team.  Jared has shown me how to correct this issue and moving forward, I do not see a problem.

**What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We recently integrated RegiAI with Outreach.  As a result, an astronomical amount of tasks have been created in Outreach.  If we only had Outreach dialer available to us, these tasks would never be completed in a timely fashion.  However, because Koncert is integrated with Outreach we can accomplish our tasks in a reasonable timeframe.  The parallel dialer is a tremendous feature within Koncert.

**What do you like best about Koncert?**

I love that Koncert allows me to target more contacts simultaneously, making my workflow much more efficient compared to manual dialing. The control it offers with reports is fantastic, as it ensures I don't lose track of my activity, even with a high volume of 300 calls a day. Multitasking is significantly improved with Koncert, and the way it organizes everything simplifies my tasks. The tool's ability to help me connect with more people directly impacts my compensation, as more contacts mean greater earnings. Overall, the functionalities provided by Koncert, such as streamlining call management and efficient handling of large volumes of calls while keeping everything organized, are simply amazing.

**What do you dislike about Koncert?**

I find the sync between Salesforce and Koncert a little clunky. Additionally, the lack of integration with sales engagement apps is a bit disappointing. Though this is acceptable, there are areas for improvement in how Koncert handles Salesforce integrations, especially in creating tasks without errors and pulling information from rep reports or contacts more efficiently. This would be very helpful. The initial setup of Koncert was slightly challenging because my team was not accustomed to using reports in their work activities. However, this issue was resolved after the first few days.

I really like that you can filter by people most likely to pick up, and I have also found that people just generally pick up more often than if I call from one of the competing dialers. Reps at Koncert are very helpful, quick to respond & happy to jump on a call if needed.

Koncert integrates seamlessly with HubSpot and makes outbound prospecting fast and consistent. But what truly stands out is the Customer Success team, they are hands-down one of the most responsive I’ve worked with. Whether it’s via email or through their Office Hours, I’ve always gotten clear, fast guidance. It genuinely feels like they’re invested in our success.

From a performance standpoint, the low latency makes a huge difference. You’re connected almost instantly, avoiding that awkward “hello, hello?” delay. They’ve also been consistently improving the platform, adding smart features and working to differentiate from other dialers in the market. It’s clear they’re building with feedback in mind.

**What do you dislike about Koncert?**

Honestly, there’s nothing major to dislike. The product delivers on what it promises. If anything, I’d love to see future enhancements like native scrubbing or enriched contact previews—maybe even something like an embedded LinkedIn iframe—so I can stay in the zone without needing to switch tabs mid-call. But those are just forward-looking ideas, not drawbacks.

I really like Koncert's technology and ability to toggle between power and parallel dialing. I also appreciate having so many phone numbers to call from, it adds a lot of flexibility. Their service is fantastic too.

Would be really great to have texting baked in but that for me wouldn't be a big enough reason to move away from Koncert.

Koncert is helpful in calling high volumes of users, quickly, very helpful for call recordings as well generating the Ai summary of what the conversation was regarding.

Koncert can randomly stop working, and be a bit buggy. Also, I am not sure if it is always using #s that don't get marked as Spam. Hard to find prior conversations as well when you don't remember the name of the contact.

**What do you like best about Koncert?**

It's an amazing priced tool that helped me book 34 meetings from just 5 hours of calling per week in March of 2025! Any question I had, the customer support team nailed it fast. And I used to use connect and sell's dialer. This is 10x better and way better on my wallet. This is better than Nooks too. I'm connecting with 1 in 5 dials all week long. This week I had 1 in 3 dials. The secret is their caller ID hygiene. I was integrated into Hubspot and dialing within minutes. I use it every day now and reached my $10k MRR under 60 days.

I wish I had found them sooner. There is absolutely nothing I don't like. It's better and more capable than Nooks too.

**What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoominfo's dialer let me down. Connect and sell's dialer is extremely expensive and the software was buggy. Nooks tries to look to fancy and is bloated with useless features. Koncert is the best priced tool on the market and I am able to generate meetings very quickly because of this software.

The support by the CS team and the technical team itself is definitely the best I have received.  They are patient in explaining things or helping to find workarounds when necessary, and the technical team turns things around in well under 24 hours in most cases, and I can vouch that they are responsive and helpful no matter the size of your business.

I can't say there is anything I dislike about Koncert, but I think they could just make the underlying technology a little more responsive.

**What do you like best about Koncert?**

The AI Parallel dialer streamlines the process of calling through super long lists, where still reviewing each contact one by one is necessary. The integration with Outreach is extremely helpful for efficient prospecting and I like that I can choose whether Outreach pops up in a different window or another tab. I'm able to read prospect notes in real time, and do a little script run through in my head. If they don't answer, I don't have to handle any of the manual work to dial the next person. Koncert's customer support is also super on top of it. When issues arise I know an immediate response and fix is coming soon, if not immediately.

**What do you dislike about Koncert?**

The AI Paralell dialer sometimes picks up on prerecorded messages as if a real human has answered the phone, which throws a wrench into the process of mass dialing. There are bugs from time to time, but nothing is a dealbreaker.

Koncert solved tedious manual workload. I'm able to call through lists with more efficiency, allowing me to speak to more people each day.

Koncert has improved my day to day prospecting with Outbound calls. When dialing, I am 90% hands free as it sets the disposition and dials the next lead. When a call connects, there is the AI Summary generated which has been extremely helpful. Also, the ease of use of this platform is better than the other tools I have used.

The only downside currenrly with Koncert is the automation with European leads. The dialer currenrly does not detect the foreign languages when it goes to voicemail or a phone tree.

The most helpful part about koncert is being able to dial many prospects at one time to make outreach very efficiently. The dialer moves without error and the dispositions help to filter through long lead lists. I'm able to book more meetings a day due to how the dialer is set up.

Sometimes Koncert has a glitch where it will long me out and hang up in the middle of a call. While it is an issue, it doesn't happen very often and has only happened a couple times in my months of cold calling.

I've had great success- sending through opportunities from multibillion dollar businesses. The alternative, dialing them one by one, would take up too much time, with worse results.

Koncert has helpd me to make more dials in the same amount of time as our previous dialer. The system is quite intuitive, the local presence feature results in more connects and when I do have a question or something seems off, the support team is super responsive and helpful! Using PowerDialr is a rush, and though takes a but to get the hang of it, only furhter increases the number of prospects i can call. Even when using a more ABM (Account Based Marketing) approach to lead generation, the FlowDialer becomes the perfect choice for gianing more control of the number you are calling and the time you have to prepare for thwhen the prospect answers.

The technical issues behind the scene seem very complex and i find it difficult to update bad data. Could be our workflow here and not due to Koncert, but i have called the wrong number muliple times on a prospect.

How efficient it makes our day to day outreach process. We are able to dial up to 4 contacts at once, lots of opportunities to find wins in just a short amount of time.

Not much I can think of. I think it's a game changer.

Saving so much time during my day. I am not having to manually dial hundreds of people. I'm able to automatically dial 1000 people per day and finding lots of wins from it.

The best thing about koncert is the fact that I can call 5 different numbers at the same time, It makes my job easier that I dont have to add in one single number at a time.
