## Jostle Reviews
 ### 1. Easy to Use Platform That Speeds Up Cross-Department Updates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erin H. | Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

The platform is easy to use. Employees from different departments can also serve as editors, which means we can share information with our employees much faster instead of funneling everything through marketing. I think it is worth the price. We needed something that was efficient and effective and this platform fit our needs. I think it is worth the price. We needed something that was efficient and effective and this platform fit our needs.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

We can’t customize it quite as much as we’d like, but that’s only a minor inconvenience. Overall, it does exactly what we need it to do, and it meets our needs well.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our employee mix includes people who work in the office on a desktop and others who work in the field using an iPad or phone. Jostle helps keep everyone informed, and it’s easy to use both on a desktop and through the app.

**Official Response from Brad Palmer:**

> Thanks for this review Erin. Nice work on getting different departments to share their news. That's going to help with engagement too—people arrive to see an update targeted to their department and there's a corporate update right next to it.

As you have seen, we are constantly improving the platform, so I'm curious what you would like to further customize. Please email product@jostle.me to let us know.

 ### 2. Excellent tool for communicating across the organziation.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Debbie C. | Library Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2018

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

Very easy to use and everything staff need is in one place. A successful way to communicate across the district. And customer service is nice, friendly, and helpful. Plus they are always listening to input and improving the site.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

The one thing that could be improved is writing a blank article. It takes a little manipulation to format in the way I like but it's a minor inconvenience. Otherwise, there's not much I dislike. We don't use the library or file sharing because we use Google Suite. But we are looking into integration.

**Recommendations to others considering Jostle:**

Absolutely wonderful support. Cheerful people to work with who don't just leave you once you're set-up. They improve and upgrade on a regular basis that actually make sense and are useful. What a refreshing change. Jostle makes all the difference in our library's ability to share, communicate, and collaborate.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jostle has been a timesaver for communicating across the district. We have three locations and 34 employees...so not a large organization. But we use Jostle for most of our district-wide communication, sharing, and collaborating. We require that staff check it daily for updates and more and more staff are posting and sharing. Plus, it's easy to go back to see who has (or hasn't) read something and there's a permanent record of what has been posted.

**Official Response from Brad Palmer:**

> Wow, we've come a long way together since your earlier review way back in 2018. Thanks for providing this kind update.

Adding Library deeply integrated with your Google Drive will be a huge win. It let's you organize your authoratative content out of the jumble of stuff that's likely in your Google Drive. And it comes with Ask a Question which uses AI to generate answers from that authoritative content. That's going to save time and reduce confusion for everyone!

 ### 3. People-First Platform That Boosts Communication, Connection, and Employee Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chirag P. | Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

I like that Jostle prioritizes people and workplace culture. Its focus on connecting employees, improving communication, and fostering engagement makes it a tool that supports both productivity and a positive employee experience.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

The biggest challenge is ensuring consistent employee engagement. Without active participation, the platform becomes less effective. It can also add to notification fatigue, and teams may still need separate tools for task management or more specialized collaboration.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jostle helps solve the challenge of keeping employees connected, informed, and engaged, especially in organizations where teams are distributed across different locations or departments. By centralizing company updates, recognition, and communication, it makes it easier to stay aligned and feel connected to the broader organization. For me, that means I spend less time searching for information, have better visibility into what's happening across the company, and feel more engaged with my colleagues and workplace culture.

**Official Response from Brad Palmer:**

> What a well considered review Chirag. Thanks!

It sounds like adding Jostle Tasks can help you. It includes an API and is a Zapier endpoint. Please email us at support@jostle.me to schedule a call. We can also share some engagement best practices at the same time.

 ### 4. User-Friendly Platform for Team Communication

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heidi K. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

What I like best about Jostle is how clear and easy the platform is to use. The UI/UX is very user-friendly, which made it simple for the team to adopt, especially for new starters.

The support and onboarding experience were also great. Ana, our Customer Success Manager, was always proactive, helpful, and regularly shared updates and tips to make the platform even easier to use.

The system performed well, integrations were straightforward, and overall it provided good value for improving internal communication and employee engagement. It was also great to see ongoing updates and improvements to the functionality over time.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

There were no significant drawbacks with Jostle. The only challenge we experienced was driving consistent engagement and usage across all staff, which is more about internal adoption than the platform itself.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jostle helps solve the challenge of keeping internal communication centralised and accessible for all employees. It brings company updates, resources, and announcements into one place, which makes it easier for staff to stay informed and aligned.

For us, this improved visibility and made onboarding new starters much smoother, as they had a clear, easy-to-navigate hub for information from day one.

**Official Response from Brad Palmer:**

> Thanks for the kind review Heidi. Yes, Ana's great!

 ### 5. Jostle Review User Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ami G. | IT Systems Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

Jostle has landed well within our organisation. The platform is very user-friendly: its visual layout makes it easy to navigate and quickly find what you need. The platform's design and structure support our corporate vision, and the content libraries are straightforward to locate and use when uploading articles. Staff particularly appreciate the hints and tips that present themselves. Customer support has been positive as well, with quick response times and support analysts who are knowledgeable and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

The overall experience has been very positive.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we introduced Jostle we didn't have an intranet that supported staff collaboration. This platform now connects staff, we have user friendly libraries and news articles that keep staff well informed. We also have a staff directory which was missing previously. Staff feel more connected with Jostle.

**Official Response from Brad Palmer:**

> Thanks for the kind review Amy. It's great that the hints and tips are helping—I've shared your feedback with the team involved.

Brad

 ### 6. Great intranet

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kimberley B. | Knowledge and Information Research Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

There are many features which I think come in handy for our company on Jostle. It is great that we can share news items to not only reduce our email traffic but also make sure that communication does not get lost within emails. I particularly like the 'shout-out' feature, as we use this to thank colleagues or share a lovely review written by the client. I think the people function is fantastic for new starters, narrowing down who is in what team if you cannot remember names. I think Jostle is easy to use and is used daily in our organisation.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

As an organisation we do not really need our 'primary org units' within our profiles, this is something we use to distribute legal journals to particular groups of people. There isn't an option currently to take this away from profiles.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staff communication on technology changes, current awareness and even information about our annual staff conference - Jostle slows email traffic. Jostle is the one piece of technology that staff can use outside of their work laptop, this was extremely useful during COVID-19 in 2020 as managers could communicate with those who did not have their work laptop when we went into lockdown.

**Official Response from Brad Palmer:**

> Thanks so much for taking time to update your review Kimberley. Shout Outs are the best!

Primary Org Unit are not be visible in User Profiles for people that don't have one. If you could please reach out to us at support@jostle.me we can help you sort this.

 ### 7. It goes from strength to strength

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fiona K. | Executive Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

Our organisations engagement with Jostle keeps growing. Its such an easy platform to use and these days no explanation needed when people are giving access to start using different areas - that's a first! I like that the Jostle team are always looking at ways of making things better and when they launch something new, it's easy to use, you are well informed that its coming and what it is and it just flows in with no issues. We have just never had a hiccup and its been quite a few years now. The News section is particularly important for us - it has not only become what used to be essentially our staff newsletter, it's where we post things about the business, where our MD can blog with the staff about what's happening and its all instantaneous and super easy for all the staff to use. Our auto activity feed with birthdays and anniversaries is great for instant feedback. Love it!

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

I still haven't found a dislike. It keeps getting better and better. The longer it has stayed as our choice of how we share news and to store things in the library centrally for all staff, the more important it becomes and the more engagement we have with the platform. It wasn't hard to grow engagement from when we first implemented, but now it is just part of the way we communicate with our staff.

**Recommendations to others considering Jostle:**

The onboarding support that Jostle provides was excellent and its such an easy platform to use that our staff have just loved it and started contributing straight away.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In an organisation that is country-wide, has matrix management, over 20 offices, and runs under one management system, it can be tricky to get all your staff engaged and make them feel like they are all part of one team. We launched the new site a couple of weeks ago and staff were onto it straight away. The ability for staff to interact with the site themselves will be great for our culture and the different ways we can communicate with staff through the activity feed, News and Discussions will only lead to better communication throughout the organisation.

**Official Response from Brad Palmer:**

> Thanks for your detailed review Fiona. "It just flows", love that.

 ### 8. Cleaner Inbox, Easier Company Communication with Jostle

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

I love that it reduces company-wide emails to almost 0. My inbox feels so much cleaner and its very easy to filter or search to find old communication in Jostle if I need to refer back to it. Yes, absolutely.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

I don't have any major concerns with Jostle. The biggest battle is getting employees to check it regularly, but that isn't a product issue, and Jostle shows us who is viewing each item, so that's a plus!

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eliminating emails, providing data on who reads updates, providing a social platform for employees to be recognized internally, updates of all kinds to be shared, resources (links, documents) to be hosted.

**Official Response from Brad Palmer:**

> Thanks for the kind review. You're correct, life is much better with no internal emails!

 ### 9. Effortless Setup and Seamless Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tobi M. | Human & Organization Advisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

I really like how easy it is to set up and use Jostle. Training new employees doesn't take long at all, which is a big plus. It's also super simple to put together news articles to share company-wide. We had a great partner at Jostle who helped us during the initial setup, making it very easy to get started.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

The events section is not very flexible and we have not found much use for that part.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jostle to resolve communication issues and share documents. The ease of setup and use helps me train new employees quickly. It's great for sharing company-wide news.

**Official Response from Brad Palmer:**

> Thanks for the kind review Tobi. Much appreciated.

We'd love to talk with you about Events, since we are contemplating where to take its next version. Please email me at brad@jostle.me.

Today the "secret sauce" of Events is that it lets you build awareness for a company event for those how are not actually invited to it, without blocking their own calendar. For example, the Marketing Team can share they will be offsite for a workshop, only invite themselves, and make it visible to everyone. That way people can see they are moving forward with their initiative and understand they will be away that day.

 ### 10. Easy to Use with a Clear, Well-Organised Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter H. | IT Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

Our organisation has adopted it successfully, largely because it’s easy to use and offers a clear, well-organised interface that makes navigation straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

The formatting options when creating a new article feel limited, and the text blocks can be cumbersome to use.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had struggled to find the right intranet platform, as many options were overly complex and limited in functionality. Jostle provides exactly what we need.

**Official Response from Brad Palmer:**

> Peter thanks for taking time to provide this feedback. Simple with all the features you need, that's indeed what we are trying to achieve.

Our design team would like to learn more from your experience with the Text Block. Could you please reach out to them at product@jostle.me?

 ### 11. Easy to Customize, Affordable Company-Wide Facebook with Smooth SharePoint Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly H. | Merchandise Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

I love how easy it is to use and customize. It feels like an affordable, company-wide Facebook, and it integrates smoothly with our SharePoint system.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

Sometimes, uploading items to the library takes a bit longer than expected.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication within our small company, with a mix of remote and in-office employees, was difficult before we started using Jostle. Now it’s streamlined and much easier to manage.

**Official Response from Brad Palmer:**

> I love it when we help customers sort their SharePoint challenges. Thanks for the 5 stars Kelly.

Brad

 ### 12. Versatile Platform for Team Engagement and Seamless Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben I. | Head of Communications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

I love the variety that it offers from news posts, to quick discussions, places to get to know the team better or link off to other areas of the organisation quickly.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

It would be good to have a setting where you can have fixed notifications on some items. To explain.. we have a staff team where we are sharing a variety of content. Some content is very important whereas other content is fun and light hearted. The danger is that the staff team can go into their settings and change their preferences so that don't get notified. This means they may miss key content. I would love to be able to to have a feature where we could set notifications for important content that cannot be turned off by the staff member so that we know they are receiving the content.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's bringing the team more together through discussions, fun, engagement, and celebration. We used to just have a weekly email, but this is far more interactive and team morale has gone up because of it.

**Official Response from Brad Palmer:**

> We appreciate your review Ben.

We do have two ways to solve the notification problem you cite:

1. Notify: This emails and sends a phone notification to everyone that can see the item, in a way that they cannot opt out of.

2. @mentions.

Reach out to me at brad@jostle.me and I'll show you these in action.

 ### 13. Empowers Intranet Communication Seamlessly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bennett S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

I love using Jostle for our company intranet. It helps us share our internal communications, org charts, and library documentation. I like the People page and find the org chart and bios really interactive and helpful. They assist employees in navigating and learning the company's structure, while the bios help ease the awkwardness of meeting someone for the first time in a meeting. Plus, the initial setup was easy, and I have no complaints at all—love it.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

nothin!

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jostle for sharing internal communications, org charts, and library documentation. The interactive org chart and bios help employees navigate company structure, and ease small talk in meetings.

**Official Response from Brad Palmer:**

> Your "navigate the organization" perspective is an important one that often gets overlooked. Thanks for sharing that!

Brad

 ### 14. Outstanding, Always-Helpful Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sactown Steve G. | IT Systems Support Supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

Support is outstanding and always helpful

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

I have not found anything I dislike about using Jostle

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jostle provides a platform to keep all team members up to date on the company "happenings"

**Official Response from Brad Palmer:**

> Thanks for the kind review Steve. We work hard to help our customers (and their employees!) be successful.

 ### 15. Great for Sharing Office Updates and Giving Kudos

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danna C. | Administrative Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

I like being able to post updates about office and personal events, and to share kudos for hard work and dedication.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

not being aware of the updates that occur

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the need for an intranet for our company

**Official Response from Brad Palmer:**

> Thanks so much for the kind review Danna. Appreciated.

Could you please email me at brad@jostle.me so I can better understand your not-aware-of-updates issue? Note their are lots of notifications that you can set up under My Preferences. You can route these to your browser, phone, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or email, as you wish.

 ### 16. Jostle Unites Employees Across Departments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kat L. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

I love that Jostle brings employees across various departments together.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

I wish the search feature included more filters or options to sort by date, news post type, category, etc.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having an intranet for our staff

**Official Response from Brad Palmer:**

> Appreciated Kat. Thanks for taking time to provide this feedback.

We've noted your need for futher search filters; it does make sense to add those.

BTW, when you filter in News, you can also search be title there. That might help you solve this right now.

 ### 17. Adaptable, Feature-Rich App That Empowers Our Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robin S. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

The app has a lot of functionality that works for our business, it is adaptable and really gives our team the tools they need, to do the job, communicate and enhance our engagement

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

There isnt anything that we dislike, the app does everything we need

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped to bring our team and company together, it has created a real feelgood feeling across the business as people can swap pictures and messages, engage in activities and generally be more of a team

**Official Response from Brad Palmer:**

> Thanks for the kind review Robin—I love how you use Jostle to amp the rich culture of your company.

 ### 18. Great interaction to keep everyone in the know.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aimee E. | HR Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

I love how helpful staff is in responding to questions, giving suggestions, and being directly involved.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

Allowing Admin users to unblock invitations that have bounced back without needing to get in touch with support.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping many locations in contact and up to date with events that are happening and celebrating fellow employee's accomplishments. It's great to be able to share photos, accomplishments, and news instantly with the entire organization without having the information getting lost in emails.

**Official Response from Brad Palmer:**

> Thanks for the updated review Aimee. Much appreciated.

As you know, those bounced invites are caused by invites being sent to people that don't have their email active yet. It's the anti-spam functions of the email services that are causing the bounce backs.

We are looking to find some improvements, but mostly this is just caused by the modern world of email. The easy fix is to not invite new employees before their email address is active.

Brad

 ### 19. Intuitive Intranet with Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

I really appreciate how intuitive it is and how responsive the support team is. I'll be using it daily, so it's especially important for me to have those 2 characteristics in an intranet.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

I have to spend more time with it to really say.

So far, it seems a little limited in terms of UI. Maybe we can make it more personal to everyone so that they can feel more ownership over their Jostle accounts? Perhaps a song that plays when you click on their profile or certain UI customizations from everyone's end that could differentiate it from other Intranets/Social Medias for example.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need to spend more time with it, but so far some questions I had answered were:
About setting recurring events and making sure that they're showing up on our Org-wide Jostle Calendar
Setting the default view for all employees to the "News" page. Everyone's been super helpful.

**Official Response from Brad Palmer:**

> Thanks for the review!

I'd like to better understand your ideas around making the UI more distinctive for users. People are normally busy at work, so our approach so far has been to keep things as clean, simple, and consistent as possible. But maybe we are missing something...

You can reach out to me at brad@jostle.me.

 ### 20. Jostle: Best-in-Class Support for a Companywide Social Intranet

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

The product works well for a companywide social media meets intranet product. The support has always been consistently the best I have received from any vendor.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

Really isn't something that I have against Jostle it is just difficult to drive company adoption without major buy in at all levels.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing a platform that is ready to go for employees and shared services to work together. Could you get there with Sharepoint.... I guess but good luck! Just get Jostle and save yourself the headache.

**Official Response from Brad Palmer:**

> We're so proud of the support we provide. Thanks so much for taking the time to recognize that!

The interface is easy. It's a great way to keep up to date with the birthdays and successes of co-workers. Also the library provides a central location for documents everyone in the organization uses.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

I've used jostle every day for several years and have never found anything I dislike about it.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before everything I mentioned in the what you like best about jostle section would've taken so much down time to seek out and verify.

**Official Response from Brad Palmer:**

> Thanks for your kind review.

When you spot something we should add or improve, please do email us at product@jostle.me.

 ### 22. Effortless Engagement and Transparency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris E. | Security and Compliance Manager, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

I like that Jostle is easy to access and has a secure SSO integration. It's easy to manage announcements and documentation, making the management of the platform very easy and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

Nothing, the platform provides what is desired and performs with no issues.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Jostle to add transparency and provide a collaboration space for our team. It's easy to access and manage, with secure SSO integration, making platform management efficient.

**Official Response from Brad Palmer:**

> Thanks for the kind review Chris. We love how you consistently provide the feedback we need to keep improving.

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

It is nice to have an intranet to connect employees and post items that relate to all or to sub groups

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

I feel like the display is sub par and the search function isnt great

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a consolidated location for internal communications

**Official Response from Brad Palmer:**

> Oh wow, this is by far our lowest review for a very long time.

 ### 24. Seamless Communication Hub for Remote Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Becky H.

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

I love Jostle's ease of use and social connection. It's an easy way to share photos, events, and updates, which is great for our hybrid company where the majority of employees are fully-remote. Jostle provides a centralized place to share photos of in-person events so that even remote employees can still be a part of the conversation, even when not physically there.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

Occasional challenges with log-in which are quickly solved by their support team.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jostle provides a centralized hub for documents, FAQs, org-wide announcements, and updates, allowing remote employees to stay connected with photos of in-person events.

**Official Response from Brad Palmer:**

> Thanks Becky—I love it when we connect companies like your's.

 ### 25. My experience with Jostle and the support team has been a positive one!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

I have enjoyed using the newer features in the block editor being able to change text color and highlight text, as well as adding emojis through copy & paste.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

We have been working with our customer success manager to voice our need for extended features and it has been helpful to talk them over with her.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contacting employees without having to craft separate emails.

**Official Response from Brad Palmer:**

> Thanks for taking the time to provide this feedback. It's great that you are tapping into your Customer Success Manager!

 ### 26. User-Friendly Layout and Customization Shine

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

The user-friendly layout and the frequent push updates are great. I do also like the customization and user setting preferences.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

If one person in a direct message decides to delete the chat, it deletes it for both parties. It would be nice to have the option to not delete for both sides as sometimes the other person may want to keep the conversation for records.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining communication, stopped unnecessary emails, more comradery in the bank, ease of access to files and documents in a centralized location where the most current version is the only version available.

**Official Response from Brad Palmer:**

> Thanks for your kind review. It's great that you appreciate that we are continuously improving Jostle.

Your comment on deleting DM's is helpful. I've shared that over to our product team.

 ### 27. Bringing People Together

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

The way it can integrate a plethora of external content using HTML and various other embedding options to make content almost limitless!

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

The mobile version and app stability can be hit and miss at times.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jostle helps to bring our companies together, of which are located in various areas across the UK.

**Official Response from Brad Palmer:**

> Thanks for taking the time to provide some feedback.

I think that in recent months we've mostly fixed the app stability issues you cite. Please reach out to me at brad@jostle.me if you see any further issues.

 ### 28. Jostle is great

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittany G. | Case Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

I love that my team can have access to important learning tools without being tied to their desk tops. It is also a great tool to use when sending important bulletins for staff to read and understand. I like that you can add signatures that staff have signed off that they have read it and you can keep track of those who have signed off on it.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

I do not have any dislikes. Jostle is great.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jostle is allowing team leaders to send important bulletins or messages for staff to read and allowing team leads the capability of tracking whose read the post so we can follow up with employees that don't. Its also allowing our afterhours nurses the freedom to be away from their computers and if they get a call pertaining a certain process they can refer to the Library for their how to guides.

**Official Response from Andres Chavarriaga:**

> Thank you so much for such an insightful review, Brittany!

It’s great to hear that Jostle is helping your team stay informed and flexible, while allowing easy access to resources on the go. We love that it’s supporting both your day-to-day operations and after-hours team.

 ### 29. I implemented Jostle at my company in March of 2019. It has been a game-changer for company culture.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jen H. | Corporate Communications & Special Projects Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

I love how easy it is to create and post articles. I also love the scheduling feature. I can write and post urgent articles on the fly, or I can write and schedule articles weeks in advance. It's bright and colorful, it allows employees to engage via the Shout-Out feed and article comments, and it is an amazing way to keep everyone up to date. We have a very strong company culture and Jostle has helped make it even better. During the pandemic when we were all forced to leave the office, I was SO THANKFUL that I implemented Jostle before COVID hit. Thank you, Jostle!

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

I literally can't think of one thing I dislike. Even when there is a tech issue, the Jostle team replies right away. It's a great platform.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have completely eliminated all-employees emails -- Jostle is the central source of information. Everyone knows where to go to find the information they need. Huge win for me!

**Official Response from Andres Chavarriaga:**

> Wow, thanks for such a fantastic review Jen!

It’s amazing to hear how Jostle has become your go-to hub for communication, especially during such a critical time. We love that the scheduling, shout-outs, and vibrant engagement features are helping support your strong company culture.

So glad to be part of your journey, and we truly appreciate the kind words.

 ### 30. Excellent employee engagement platform with outstanding customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alma S. | Marketing and Communcations Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2021

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

It's a toss-up between ease of use and the care taken to onboard and integrate the teams. I test drove a few different intranet systems, and Jostle came out by far the best with its slick design, intuitive processes, and the care taken by Jostle staff to make the journey as seamless as possible, as well as the price.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

Honestly, nothing so far. I can't think of any.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using it to help drive more employee engagement and house all our important documents, links, updates, and newsfeeds in one space. These have been issues up to now for us as a remote/hybrid team. It's convenient to be able to drop most of the other comms tools and access all our other systems from one portal.

**Official Response from Andres Chavarriaga:**

> Hi Alma, it's great to hear that you and your staff are enjoying Jostle thus far! We appreciate your kind words :)

 ### 31. Great platform for internal communications

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tracy M. | Principal, Director of Marketing & Business Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

There are many things about Jostle that I like. It is a great platform for internal communications and collaboration. The Library and Links are very helpful for providing easy access to company information. Best of all, the People and Teams pages are a great resource for employee information and understanding the roles of everyone in the company.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

There's not much that I dislike about Jostle. However, the Discussions page is not used much at our company because our employees use other platforms - Teams chat and email.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company was looking at replacing an old and antiquated Intranet platform and Jostle had all the features we were looking for.

**Official Response from Andres Chavarriaga:**

> Thanks for sharing your experiences with Jostle, Tracy!

We’re glad Jostle’s been a solid replacement for your old intranet and that features like the Library, Links, and People pages are proving useful to you and your teams.

 ### 32. A great platform for keep everyone informed.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

Views, Likes and Comments option. It's logo grab my attention.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

Sometime initial setup while opening takes time.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharing information to a group of people is difficult but being done with ease with the help of Jostle. Also works as a bridge between two parties.

**Official Response from Sabrina Roach:**

> Hi there, thanks for taking the time to share your experience with Jostle. We're always encouraged to hear that the platform is making it easier for you to share information with a specific group within your organization.

 ### 33. Jostle Keeps You Informed and Engaged

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

First and foremost, the Jostle platform is intuitive and easy to use. Our organization's employee demographic spans from the silent generation to gen z so simplicity has been critical to our successful implementation. Moving from an antiquated proprietary intranet was a paradigm shift and Jostle made it easy.

Their Product team and Support team are responsive and encourage suggestions for continuous improvements and enhancements.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

Truly the only negative I can think of is more of a pet peeve--inconsistency of obtaining search results. In some instances, you need to hit <enter> while other times you need to click the magnifying glass icon and still other times quick search results start popping up as you type.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Jostle, sharing information was extremely limited on our proprietary intranet, which was based on 20th century technology. Jostle has empowered our organization to decentralize communications and give ownership of information sharing to the SMEs from each department. As a healthcare agency, keeping our staff informed in realtime literally saves lives.

**Official Response from Andres Chavarriaga:**

> Thanks so much for the kind words!

We’re glad Jostle has helped modernize your communications and make it easy for everyone to stay informed—especially in such important, real-time work. We're making improvements to our search function, you can see those in the release notes I've shared.

 ### 34. Jostle Transformed The Connection Of Our Remote Workforce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly H. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

Jostle has transformed how our remote workforce connects, making it easy and enjoyable to stay updated on company news, celebrate milestones like work anniversaries and birthdays, and ensure no updates or events get lost in the shuffle.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

Sometimes bulk uploading to the library can be slow.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Jostle, we had problems with everyone being up to date with company events because our workforce is scattered around the country and gets bogged down with emails. Jostle streamlines our communication keeping it all in one place and making us excited to use it.

**Official Response from Andres Chavarriaga:**

> Hi Kelly, thanks for sharing how Jostle transformed your workforce!

We're delighted to hear your company and workforce are connected no matter how far apart your employees are, that's always our goal. We hope you and your teams stay connected and continue to celebrate milestones and anniversaries all year. We're constantly improving Library, so hopefully your upload times improve, feel free to reach out to your CSM if you're ever having trouble with it. Cheers!

 ### 35. Great experience so far!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy P. | Exec Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

Its a great way to stay connected to teammates all across the org - to see what's happening and to celebrate one another! It's also a great place to house shared links and documents used org-wide. Very user-friendly!

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

There have been occasional techincal difficulties with photos. And I do wish there was a quicker way to search/find certain content - like searching past articles by key words/people.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None currently that I am aware of!

**Official Response from Andres Chavarriaga:**

> Hi Amy, we're glad to hear about your organization-wide positive experiences with Jostle!

We're working hard at improving our photos and search capabilities, you can see more in our latest Xeranthemum release notes :)

 ### 36. I love Jostle!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

I love how Jostle brings together a widely dispersed organization and fosters a sense of community. It enables users to connect with colleagues in a way that other communication platforms, like newsletters, often can’t.

I also love how Jostle is easy to learn. Once trained on the platform, it becomes an easy tool to naviagate. I love the features it provides, like the Library feature, where you can just grab what you need out of the library and go. Every feature is designed to be useful.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

While our company's organization has utilized Jostle more in the past 6 months than ever before, I still wish that more people, such as front office managers, utilized the platform more often. It's difficult to push people to log on sometimes, especially when it's not necessarily required of them.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jostle is allowing me to go into the Library feature and pull any important documents that I need right away that I might not found in our cloud based software, Egnyte. Jostle also allows me to review interesting articles that I might've not found elsewhere, such as LinkedIn.

**Official Response from Andres Chavarriaga:**

> Thank you for sharing about your Jostle experience!

We're thrilled to hear how Jostle is helping your team feel more connected and fostering a sense of community, no matter the distance. It's also great to know that you find the platform easy to learn and navigate—we aim to make every feature, like the Library, as practical and user-friendly as possible.

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

The library feature is the best used case we have used jostle for along with employee campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

Nothing as such, just sometimes multiple tabs get open.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its the easiest way to reach all employees faster in more fun way, running campaigns is much easier. and the library function help keep al document in one place with streamline.

**Official Response from Andres Chavarriaga:**

> Thanks for the great review, Hamza!

We’re happy to hear that the Library and employee campaigns are working well for your team, and that Jostle is making communication faster and more engaging. If you're experiencing issues with multiple tabs open, feel free to reach out to your Success representative. We're here to help!

 ### 40. Brining our team members together

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacqueline D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

Our team enjoys sharing their experiences, building connections, and feeling acknowledged. We are committed to improving diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) within our organization. Jostle, a platform that fosters a sense of community and belonging, is helping us achieve this goal by bringing together cross-functional teams. We are grateful for this valuable resource and the positive impact it has made on our team.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

Our company has been using Jostle as a platform for a while now, but we have noticed that our retail teams are not using it as much as we would like them to. In fact, only 20% of our retail staff are currently using the platform. We have been trying to provide them with resources to help them connect with the platform, but unfortunately, it has not been very effective so far. One of the main issues is that they do not have a work email address, and they are hesitant to use their personal email for work-related matters.

Also, it would be great if editors could add news stories from their mobile devices.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our aim is to provide a solution that enables all team members to be visible to each other, allowing them to connect and learn more about each other. This initiative is geared towards promoting our core value of "Putting People First." We believe that fostering a sense of belonging among our team members is paramount.

 ### 41. Excellent and fun platform for engaging employees

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Terri A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

The onboarding with the Jostle staff was smooth and easy. We launched in January and are seeing 90% engagement from staff. The implementation was easy. We've added lots of reference documents to our library and engage them with agency-wide news on our News page. Staff enjoy the people view as a way to get to know each other. The Teams view is invaluable for onboarding new staff. I'm so glad we chose this platform for our intranet. The Jostle team is open to suggestions for new features and is always improving.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

There is not a way currently to export the org charts from Teams except as a Visio file. We've requested a solution for this.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jostle has reduced our need for all staff emails regarding activities, events, announcements. We are finding new ways to use it every day.

 ### 42. Great tool for engaging employees

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

We used Jostle as Infranet to engage our employees with posts, etc. Very user friendly and great way to keep everyone informed of events.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

Can't create news posts on mobile, nothing else.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teams use it as group chats - save time.

**Official Response from Brad Palmer:**

> Publishing News from your phone has been live for a long while now and works very well.

We'd love it if you updated this review.

 ### 43. Jostle - a good, small budget, option for small to mid size companies

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

Simple, not too complicated, but functional. One of the reasons we chose it is because it's not too fancy, so not too difficult to learn how to use and not too expensive. It hasn't got loads of features, but it does the basic ones pretty well.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

No functionality in terms of linking to official instagram, X and facebook feeds for our company. Can't create news posts on mobile, only short social feed posts - although they are changing that. Block editor for news feeds is a bit inflexible, and not as intuitive as it might be - I've had to explain to colleagues how to use it to get text in bullets, link documents, add a poll, that kind of thing. But these are all small things, in general we find it works well for us.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Storage for 'all company' documents e.g. HR, health and safety
- News about the company/employee comms - we are all based across different sites, so it's useful to connect people
- Organisational chart that is easy to update - we didn't have a good way of doing this which included photos and job roles etc.

 ### 44. Great Platfrom

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

- Facilitates communication amongst staff
- Great way to keep everyone informed of events
- Several relevant features that can be tailored to the organization's specific needs
- Platform is easy to navigate, and nice for employees to access several things in one place
- Great customer support

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

- Introducing Jostle can take time with a bigger organization, but so far those who are using it report a positive experience

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Eliminating the need for "all staff" emails; employees were reporting that their inboxes were "too busy," and now this isn't the case
- Better understanding of the organizational structure among staff - this is helpful when onboarding

 ### 45. Great tool for employees engagement.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wendy M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

The employees have been excited to use this app, posting regularly. A lot of timely information getting out to employees that wasn't necissarly happening. Most of the options we chose are working well.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

I don't like that we can't add birthday and anniversary for the employees that don't participate in Jostle. Some of our employees don't have smart phones or work computers. It would be nice to see their milestones so employees participating can wish them well.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Timely employee communication, particularly for staff without work email.

 ### 46. Jostle

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cassidy G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

Jostle is easy to use, helps organize office documents, great communication platforms, and also employee engagement!!

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

No improvements recommended. We love jostle!!

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helping keep communication in one place and office documents to help employee reference back to for questions.

 ### 47. "Reply All" Eliminator

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

There are several things I really like about Jostle.
1. The People category. Our phone list used to be a piece of paper with 100 names on it. There was no photo to put a face to the name. I love getting to see who I am communicating with.
2. Sharing news, documents, happenings, etc. eliminates the need for emails that people "reply all" to.
3. Jostle makes it easy to ensure our documents are up-to-date and in one place.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

I tend to find the Teams feature a little cumbersome. Specifically, if there are just general teams that anyone can manipulate, but the platform seems to limit the Category Admins for groups and you can't add "everyone". You can only add one person at a time.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous intranet site was outdated and only one person could add things because it was all code based. Now people in several departments can update, add, and remove documents. It also has given us a platform to "publically" share information about the company, our industry, our people, our culture, etc.

 ### 48. Jostle has changed our company for the better

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kim P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

Jostle was so easy to set up, we had it up and running in two weeks! Jostle has all the functions we needed as a business. We now have the perfect platform to share all the latest company news. A place where we have all our important information stored in one central location, and most important to us, Jostle has provided a platform to bring us all back together whist we navigate the new world of hybrid working.

Not only have we been blown away by Jostle's support with setting up the platform, I can't begin to describe how good this company is with aftercare. Constant platform updates based off customer feedback as well as their own vision. Support is very quick to respond to a very rare issue with the system, also with general questions about the platform.

You truly get the feeling every person working at Jostle loves the platform as much as we do!

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

Nothing at all, the platform works really well. The only thing I would change as an admin would be to have end dates on user accounts. So that when someone leaves the company their account disables automatically. This is a change I have submitted to Jostle and is being looked into.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Due to covid we became disconnected from one another, and since hybrid working became our new normal we lost our identity. Jostle has given us that connection back. We are able to enage with our people to share company updates. We have a platform to now celebrate our people and our work. Individuals birthdays and work anniversary shoutouts have been a welcome change.

We also had a very old system with all out policies and proceedures which was very much out of date, clunky and difficult to use. This has now been replaced with Jostle. The deep dive search funtion has made it much easier and quicker to find the document you need. We have also expanded this to now inculde IT helpguides.
The one central location for all of our websites has been extreemly usefull.

 ### 49. A good intranet option for mid-sized orgs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amit K. | Marketing Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

Actually I like the name Jostle a lot. The minute I heard it - it sounded very interesting. Of course features like its intranet platform, integrated messenger helped tons in hybrid working.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

Its expensive compared to its competitors in the same space. It was also tough to sign off on the technical support at the time of renewal. It would have been great if there were more pricing options overall.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jostle was pretty easy to use and that was the first thing that attracted all employees. They had not used other platforms as well as this one. Employees could easily create posts, create action groups, and use messenger. It helped hybrid work move energetically.

 ### 50. Jostle Helped Improve Staff Communication and Familiarity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rivers P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Jostle?**

The news features, calendar and shoutouts greatly increased our cross-departmental communication and the library makes it to share important documents in one place while bypassing Google Drive, One Drive, etc.

**What do you dislike about Jostle?**

Jostle makes it incredibly easy to find employees and colleagues within their site, but it would be great if there was a way to manage and categorize people that that matches their category.

**What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jostle is increasing internal staff communcation while bypassing emails and other forms of communication that may have gone unnoticed. Since most people are remote, it provides a fun and engaging platform.
