Great centralized info and staff directory, but search needs smarter results **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2026 **What do you like best about Jostle?** It's helpful to have all/most info in the same place. I also like being able to see the team structure and have a full staff directory. **What do you dislike about Jostle?** The search function is not the best in the world; it definitely requires some tweaking and knowing how to navigate within the library to find things most of the time. If I type in "poly program 26," it shouldn't be bringing up as the first results someone who commented "poly program" on an announcement post from a year ago or the associate buyer's contact info; it should bring up the document titled Poly Program 2026. I also don't like the insistence on bringing in AI to everything. I'm trying to open a document stored here or search for a contact: it doesn't require setting part of the Amazon on fire to do that. **What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem Jostle solved was making it so you don't have to scroll through pages and pages of vendors to access related documents. It also seems like a pretty convenient place for company-wide announcements. However it is trying to position itself too much as workplace social media, when it should be acting like the resource it actually is. ### 2. I felt like it didn’t bring up the correct documents when I used it. **What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?** The posting board was nice, and it was a quick way to locate items that were sent in an email. ### 3. Jostle Review **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2021 **What do you like best about Jostle?** People allows me to see all of my coworkers in one place which was a problem before having Jostle. **What do you dislike about Jostle?** The WYSIWYG editor in news is outdated and buggy. Coming from building emails in Mailchimp to Jostle is going a step back in this specific regard. Also a more robust analytical tool The Library format/set up isn't ideal. We have received lot's of complaints from our employees that the way our documents are managed could be better. Ideally, if the Library behaved as a place where we could build out microsites it might be considerably better. **Recommendations to others considering Jostle:** Jostle is simple and easy to use. It was well-received by my organization. It does everything that it's supposed to do, I only wish that there was a more robust analytics tool as well as a more up-to-date WYSIWYG editor. If those features don't matter to your organizations, then I say go for it. **What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Connecting our staff while working remotely. **Official Response from Brad Palmer:** > It's been a long while since you left this review. It makes sense and is relatively easy to navigate. That's where I and my coworkers get the most value. **What do you dislike about Jostle?** It's really difficult to keep the org chart and the system update because of how you have to import new users. The news/articles function is hard to organize and make relevant and therefore leads to low engagement for our comms team. It's not as customizable as we hoped it would be. It has way too many notifications even after you pair down your settings. **Recommendations to others considering Jostle:** This product did not live up to the hype. It wasn't as customizable as promised. The support is a bit of a disappointment. The best feature of this is the org chart feature, but that is a bit hard to maintain. **What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Theoretically, we wanted this to be a central location for all communications and for organizational awareness of departments, teams, roles, etc. The org chart is really the benefit to us. **Official Response from Brad Palmer:** > Hi there.
