
What a complete 180 from my initial review. All of the positives we previously experienced relied on a single employee, who is no longer with the organization. In just six months, we've worked with three new staff members, and they frequently fail to show up to the meetings they schedule, providing little to no meaningful support. We feel like we’re screaming into the void. We were hopeful that meeting with an Enterprise-level Customer Experience Manager would improve things, but there was no follow-up, and we’ve been stood up again. It’s frustrating that even the basics, like attending meetings scheduled on clients’ calendars, aren’t being met. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
