Main benefit is the ability to have so much information brought to your fingertips on a large scale.  Its made it possible to react to local changes that might otherwise be missed.

I found it a little less pleasant to look at compared to other platforms. The text is smaller and the grays kind of blend into itself. Can't edit responses if there is a typo.

I do find the screen a bit "busy" lots going on when you first sign in.

Facebook allows for conversations so you have to actually log into Facebook to change a response, you aren't able to just send a new one through the dash. If you add a second one to Facebook, it will just add to the conversation on that specific review. Responding to reviews with templates is super easy and efficient!

i have to ask for help all the time because i can't figure out where to go to find things.  I can't figure out how to manage the email notifications on my own. I'm super tech savvy and i still struggle.

Just responding to reviews properly has been a great improvement. We didn't realize how much our locations were ignoring reviews.

I get multiple emails for a single review. Overkill

Gives residents the opportunity to communicate more with the office especially since we are not interacting with residents the same way we used to.

I like that all Social Media platforms and reviews are handled from the same site.  Going to each individual site for customer feedback was very time consuming.

**What do you dislike about Alchemer Reputation Management?**

I am not able to reply to some sites like Facebook, etc.  Some of the preset responses need updating or more available response options.

Customer service has improved using Chatmeter.  Customer feedback is used to improve systems.

Having an assigned rep to correspond with monthly is very beneficial to the company.   Our assigned rep responds in a timely manner and is very personable. We have used this service for years and have enjoyed the simplicity of the evolving dashboard and the features it provides to our team. Without this dashboard, our teams would have to bounce around to various listings to see if they have reviews, and then if so, respond to them.  The reporting aspect is also very appreciated.

Sometimes the wrong pages are linked and we have to manually adjust them. This creates some back end work that is no difficulty.  However, it would be nice if the support team was checking for accuracy when setting up accounts.

I love having all of our reviews across all platforms and properties together in one space and I also enjoy the different sentiment reporting capabilities as well! We also measure ourselves against comps and the tool Chatmeter provides has again saved us from monthly manual entries.

**What do you dislike about Alchemer Reputation Management?**

One of the only (major) items Chatmeter is lacking is social capabilities. They are not a Facebook partner so they are unable to bring in certain information like private messages, analytics, and Instagram features. I would love to see those items be implemented to really top off what Chatmeter offers. The tools they have are inconsistent and we have chosen to use a different platform instead of utilizing their social tools. I also think they have room to improve on permission levels and approval gateways for review responses and social.

Don't look to Chatmeter as a Social Management tool first. Look to Chatmeter as a Reputation Management platform first and a social tool second. We have been using Chatmeter for under a year but have already seen progressive movement towards more social capabilities but also more in-depth reporting and listings management tools.

**What problems is Alchemer Reputation Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bringing everything together under one roof is a huge benefit. Before reporting was done manually and often times was extremely tedious and had user errors. This goes the same for social posting and listening. Although I feel Chatmeter is lacking in some social areas, it does offer bulk posting, a master content calendar, and some social listening tools - when these work they are a great convenience.

I am able to find out how my residents feel an address their concerns.
