It's a better question to ask what I hate most. But then again it would be hard to pick. Probably what I hate most is how I cannot get in touch with anyone from BigTime to address seriously problems. Or maybe it's how there are problems with the software altogether- it shows payments having been made that weren't made- things just straight up don't make sense and no one cares. **What do you dislike about BigTime?** Reports are terrible. Serious problems with the software altogether. We are currently looking at different integrations to use, that will help us in transferring over job information which will help in the error of job set up.
