How do I show a credit for an invoice that was paid in a previous cycle?
Task was accidentally billed twice (Fixed Fee) and customer paid twice. Customer did not respond to request to correct for a month, so new invoices on the project have gone out. Need to show that customer wants us to keep the double billed payment and issue a credit to them for future invoices,

How do you manage your reports?
Our reports screen is full of duplicate reports or versions of reports that were trials as we tried to create the report that had the fields we were looking for. and now it is just a big hot mess that we need to somehow manage.
Does anyone have tips for how they use task tracking in BigTime?
Task tracking is the one feature of bigtime that we are certainly under-utilizing. Does anyone have an tips or tricks for this?

When are you going to have the option to upload the contracts in the project profile?
I want to be able to upload the project contract in the customer's profile to avoid having to look for details later in another place.

Is there thoughts about expanding the ability of breaking down a job with phasing when generating a report?
I tried to generate a report for a specific job, which has 2 phases, but the report has bundled the hours together and I don't get an itemized list of which hours belong to each phase.
