# we need an outside bookkeeping VA to do basic things we don't have time skill to do - any referals??
WE are a very small firm and have a VA posting time but need someone that is familiar with the program to generate invoices and templete job progress reports so we can generate them in house. Someone that already knows the program vs. us needed to learn the whole program to generate just the few things we need. Suggestions or referals would be great.

# How do I show a credit for an invoice that was paid in a previous cycle?
Task was accidentally billed twice (Fixed Fee) and customer paid twice. Customer did not respond to request to correct for a month, so new invoices on the project have gone out. Need to show that customer wants us to keep the double billed payment and issue a credit to them for future invoices,

# Is there thoughts about expanding the ability of breaking down a job with phasing when generating a report?
I tried to generate a report for a specific job, which has 2 phases, but the report has bundled the hours together and I don't get an itemized list of which hours belong to each phase.
