**What do you like best about 2TouchPOS?**

I think the best feature of this product is how easily management can go in and change or adapt product buttons as necessary for the restaurant as items become available or new promotions go into play. Another key feature is its timing options for putting separate courses on a self-timer so that servers don't have to remember to ring in a second course--they can just set a time and when the time ends, the ticket will go through. Really helpful for a large, high-volume restaurant!

**What do you dislike about 2TouchPOS?**

Software often freezes up and closes out on other computers when management accounts are open on one. There was also a bit of a learning curve, but that could be attributed to set-up as opposed to the software itself. Discounting process is a bit strange.

**Recommendations to others considering 2TouchPOS:**

Good system, some things within the system are a bit counterintuitive, but overall, solid product that helps our restaurant run smoothly

**What problems is 2TouchPOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This product allows thorough communication throughout the restaurant, e.g. when a product gets 86'd or we only have 2 of one item left, it will provide that information across all accounts.
