One thing that can be frustrating is how it handles multi-entity or non-US setups. We’ve had situations where we needed to configure entities outside the US, and the system doesn’t always adapt smoothly.

Also, in non-US setups, the number of apps supported through the integration feature is very limited. For example, one of our clients in the UK is using Ramp, but QBO UK doesn’t support integration with Ramp, which increases manual work on our end.

the ability to have everything in one place, prior to that, in order to pull all the correct "fees" from Amazon, that required a a A2X integration and subscription between Amazon and QB online. That was so much work and so many things went wrong all the time, and no one wants to waste time in marlaky.
