Upon scanning a QR code, users are taken to a webpage with all the details about your equipment. See item history, coming check-outs, assigned projects, storage location, and item notes all in one spot. Find Boxes also has features to check multiple items at once quickly. Create bundles to package various items or create tags to group equipment when searching your inventory. Find Boxes will also automatically send return reminder emails to users who have not returned your equipment by the assigned due date. Find Boxes and Project Management With projects, Find Boxes gives you pull lists of what is needed on the jobsite and identifies what comes from your inventory and what is a subrental. Also, projects on Find Boxes have features to track orders and will add them to your inventory upon arrival. You can keep your team informed by leaving notes on your project and uploading files if needed. Do employees have a company credit card?
