  ### 1. Unique Dual Processes, But Needs a Built-In Timer and More Branding Control

**What do you like best about Outlign?**

The dual process capabilities: an internal process and a client process. This is what sold me on Outlign. It's unlike anything I've seen elsewhere. Not only does that allow us to create a process that is visible to our clients, but it also allows us to create an internal team process for that same client and see it in a way that makes the project easy to follow. Customer support is great. You often get a response immediately or within 24 hours. The setup is a breeze because they guide you through the process (tutorials) by having you complete it as a project. Overall, it was quite easy to set up and integrate my email with it to get notifications via email whenever anything in the project changes. I have Outlign open in my browser all the time because I use it often.

**What do you dislike about Outlign?**

1) I really dislike it not having an integrated timer for tasks. I want to be able to see how long each project is taking our team and adjust our processes accordingly, without having to pay for a timer on another platform and integrate it with Outlign. 

2) I am also not a fan of not being able to customize the look to match our company branding. Even just letting us update the colors would be a huge improvement. 

3) The other thing I dislike is that my clients have to create an Outlign account. Other project management tools allow you to send them a magic link, which is a one-time-use link that gets emailed to the client for easy access. I like using tools that are not only easy for me but also for my clients, and I find this to be a major downside.

**What problems is Outlign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love not having to send client documents as email attachments. Having everything in one place (including client approvals) really improves the experience for our clients and us. Nothing gets "lost" or buried in an email. I have also used Bonsai, which is quite robust, but there were minor things that made it difficult for my clients to access things like links. Even logging in was confusing for them. I've also used Kitchen.co, and while it is getting great, I found it wouldn't be useful to have client and internal processes live side-by-side, as they do in Outlign. Outlign solves this problem and really helps keep everything (except the task timing) in one place, with a smooth flow.
