When I am doing my planning, I get a little downtime by organizing which companies I should visit and knowing what was the last comment of that visit, I have to be opening two windows of the page to be seeing and feeding my planning.
Everything works well but in terms of the value of calls, it doesnt show the actual calls made real-time and sometimes it's also not sync with the true value.
I have to use other tools to get the validated data. I thought that if it syncs to all other tools that we used - it'll be more effective.

Automatic logging of emails works for PC but not for Mac so our Mac users need to manually BCC to log emails. When will Automatic Email logging for Mac be rolled out?
The emails from my campaign pass the "spam filer" test but go unopened by many of my clients. Speaking with them, they check their spam folders and find the emails. I believe it is what it is, but does anyone have a proposed solution?
