How does SMS marketing and online chat feature work?

We have an internal collaboration for our SDRs on how to create good prospecting emails, but I was wondering if you have plants to create something on Groove for that, sharing emails that have good opened and replied results.

My company has several SMBs with only three or four contacts per company, sometimes the info@company.com email is all that we have to go by.

when i search by word it only gives me a few calls where there should be 1000's
