# What do you use sequences for, and why has it been beneficial for you and your team?

We've used sequences for sales outreach, and I'm wondering about the functionality and the purpose that others find from it for other companies.

We've definitely used Sequences for sales outreach as well. It has also been handy when trying to get in touch with inactive customers (or partnerships, in our case). If we are missing information necessary for a successful partnership, we will also enroll an existing contact in a Sequence with the hope that we will acquire desired information.
