I submitted a review on Birdseye and it marked it a 1 star and I meant to mark it a 5 star. I cannot get back on to correct this! Any suggestions?

I'm looking to create more automated systems to maximize the features in Zonka Feedback. I don't entirely know what I should be asking or investigating.

There was the issue during a team meeting that has kept a huddle during team meeting

There is no good free tool that offers video conferencing. Ideally, I'd like to be able to have video conferencing along with live captions the same it's currently offered in Skype. This will allow hearing impaired individuals to use this service.

In the event I coordinate a call and get delayed or maybe not able to make it due to a scheduling conflict, will the other people invited to the call be able to proceed with the meeting in my absence???

I have using UberConference for Webinars, and the screen sharing drops off unexpectedly and I wasn't noticing. Had to set up a second screen so I would no to re-share my screen
