# How often can i have the automatic alerts go?  Meaning "As much as i want.  Once a day. 5 times a day

Hi James, we can customize your alerts or requests for you.  Feel free to reach out to your support rep and we can customize as you want or show you how to update any settings. We have many notification settings that are all customizable by user.

You can send them as often as you want. Sending the alert directly after their appointment is an efficient way to get reviews!
