# What is the best way in regarding the meetings of larger teams?

Just simply the best tool for cinferencing that we'have used.

It would be to set the system, to mute everyone and then utilize a method - either round robin, via a handraise in tool or via utilizing the video to show someone who would like to speak.  

We do not mute now as the group (20-22) has now effectively developed the user etiquette to raise their hand to speak and also the moderator acknowledging the next speaker.
